This is a great place to stop off if heading south it works very well with pets there is good convenient walking and local restaurants who will allow dogs . The reception staff are charming and breakfast is excellent

We had a 1 night stopover at Akena Reims-Bezannes. Was really pleasantly surprised at the standard of the accommodation for the price that we paid. The room was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and it was great to have free use of the coffee machine in the reception area. Parking was right outside and the gates are closed overnight. Would highly recommend if you need a stopover hotel.

An excellent stay
We enjoyed our stay at Akena. While a little out of Reims centre everything was easily accessible. The Hotel was excellent as were all of the staff we met. Breakfast was excellent value for such a good quality selection

This was great. Much better than other one night stays on journeys we have had. Nice food. Hot and cold drinks free. Lots of calm outside seating areas. Really good sized room and bathroom.

Great stopover, clean and lovely staff
Whilst not the biggest rooms in the world, this was more than adequate for a one night stop over. The staff were delightful and although the location is slightly out of town, it’s easy to get into Reims on the tram. Breakfast was good with sufficient choice for us, including scrambled eggs and bacon! We were happy with the venue and rebooked for our return trip to the channel tunnel.

Good Value near Reims
Two night stay at end of holiday trip. Buried in industrial park next to Reims-Bezanne Polyclinic (hospital). Signs to the latter make it easier to find from the main road from A4 autoroute exit. Comfortable, modern room. Excellent breakfast (hot & top-notch continental) is decent value at 10.90 euros. Staff were helpful in dealing with small travel details, location of nearby restaurants. Stable wi-fi connection. Overall, a nice way to end our trip. One thing that would have been helpful coming in is knowledge of local tram station (near TGV station) connecting the area with downtown. That would have saved time and money (parking) in visiting sites of Reims centre-city.

Great hotel
Great hotel not our first time stopping and will not be our last. Still a great place, well located, clean and comfortable. Restaurant serves a lot of meals and staff are really friendly. Only thing that let the stay down was there was no shampoo/ shower gel in our room but this didn’t effect our stay. We stayed for breakfast which was really nice and worth the price.

Clean, modern hotel. Friendly helpful staff (who spoke excellent English). Very quiet despite being near a big hospital & a tram line. Secure perimeter fence/cctv & plenty of parking. Filtered water & hot drinks available 24/7 and fresh continental buffet breakfast. Would happily return if in the area.

Excellent location when visiting Reims.
It's unusual to find a hotel with plenty of parking spaces surround it and not too far from the Reims Cathedral. The free coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate in the lobby is a plus for arriving tourists. The room is decent, clean, and comfortable. 11Euro breakfast is very good to my opinion. Excellent hotel for 1-day stay.

Nice stay
Handy for the A4 motorway (overnight stay on journey). We didn’t try it but there is a tram service nearby to the centre of Reims. Don’t be put off by the microwave meals on offer, they were excellent quality/taste. If that’s not your thing there is a restaurant nearby. Our only issue was not with the hotel but a bus load of polish guests who had very little regard to COVID regulations.

Good stay
The receptionists are exceptionally good, they really provide good service. The bed was comfortable. Cleaning of the bedroom especially the bathroom needs to improve.
