First room had a leak due to the rain, got a bigger suite due to the issue. They allow service dogs at no charge xtra charge. Conveniently located within 10 minutes of Rehoboth beach.

I have no complaints about the Hotel. It was bare minimum throughout which made it worth the money. I am use to a more updated stay in terms of bed linen, decor, etc. The website did not misrepresent it's appeal, I just expected it to be a little better in person. Breakfast buffet offered no meat options (bacon or sausage) which was weird. I am on Keto so that's the basis for my meal options. If you are looking for a simple stay with necessary options this is a good choice.

Clean and comfortable! Our yearly choice!
My family has stayed at this hotel several years in a row when we visit the beach off-season. I was hoping with the change of names the hotel would maintain the cleanliness and comfort we were used to. They definitely met our expectations and more! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless! My kids enjoyed the pool, which was a good temperature and very well-maintained. There were a lot of options for breakfast including gluten-free, which is important to us. We have stayed at hotels in the past the only offer a continental breakfast that is all pastries. Very thankful for the lovely hot food and yogurt and other GF good options. It’s nice that they offer a coffee and tea in the lobby all throughout the day. However, the coffee was quite weak. The only negative thing I have to say at all about our stay was that the sofa bed already had a fitted sheet on it when we pulled it out and it didn’t look freshly washed. When I asked for sofa bed linens, the front desk staff supplied me with a top sheet only and a blanket. So I assume they intend for the fitted sheet to remain there, which does not seem very sanitary to me. Other than that little detail, we are very happy with our stay, and will definitely return again next year!

The lobby & room was nice & clean. Elevator was very slow! Breakfast was nice & appetizing, although the room very hot, so I sat in the lobby in front of the Christmas tree & fireplace. Gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant & friendly.

To the Beach to Study
Solo trip for me to study. Beach a 1/2 mile walk away, peaceful. Hotel has pool and fitness center (very small room with a treadmill, bike and adjustable bench). Hard to imagine 2-3 people using the room at the same time, if you want to use the dumbbells, and bike/treadmill. There's a business center as well. The computer for me was slow but wifi access was very good in my room. Hotel looked clean and smelled clean. Breakfast was ok. Included juice, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, pancakes, pastries and coffee. The best part of the stay was the service. My stay was after the beach season, which made it nicer (still moderate traffic!). Temp in the 60-70s. Loved walking to beach for sunrise and sunset - borders Rehobeth Beach and Dewey. Many businesses shut down or reduced hours. So, not as many dining options (but there are some!). Quiet stay.

I stayed here this past weekend 8/25-8/27. We gave up a reservation at the Hampton to come here due to it being closer to the beach. The breakfast was pretty good. They didn’t offer any meat options just in case you are looking for that. The overall look and feel was fine. However, the pool was cold and needed cleaning. The elevator was extremely slow, we often had to take the stairs with our two small kids. The bathroom in our room was dirty, and the floors had not been mopped prior to our check in. There was mold residue around the tub faucet, and the tub was dirty. The room at first glance appeared to be clean. I never let my kids walk around hotel floors without anything on their feet, so I bring socks to walk around the room in. They were completely filthy after walking on the floors of our room. So much so that I left them there along with our notes to show the housekeeping supervisor after speaking to the front desk supervisor. Upon really looking at everything, we will not return here.

The room was clean but had a strong musty smell. The window was broken so I couldn’t let fresh air in. The toilet broke in the middle of the night and maintenance didn’t come in until 9am. I was directly across from the breakfast room and it was very noisy starting at 6:30am

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with the only issue being the breakfast buffet, which was a wreck. Running out of food like scrambled eggs and running out of utensils, coffee, and napkins and very slow to restock. Also, parking spots wre hard to come by.

The staff on site was helpful (except for the manager not returning our call before the stay). The breakfast selection was good. And the hotel was clean. But our room was a box with two beds - no couch or other seat, no closet. The AC also worked a little too well -- it was freezing or nothing. You also could hear people outside the door pretty clearly because the door had an inch gap at the bottom. And there was a bizarre rumbling in the floor at different parts of the day. Overall decent for the price.

indoor pool was dirty, had human hair floating in it. remote for tv was dead, was told if they didn't have any batteries, then we would need to figure out the buttons on tv. i usually use hampton inns, no comparison. staff at front desk very the freindliest of all the staff we met.
