A quiet and roomy destination outside the heart of Belgrade. It was ideal to leave our car and travel by taxi in and around the city. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were large and comfortable. I would absolutely return to this hotel.
This hotel is really great being 4 stars but in reality it is 5 stars hotel. The hotel located in a very nice and calm place. The taxi is cheap and come immediately to the hotel when you order it through reception of the hotel. It takes 10 minutes to the very center of Belgrade. The room I stayed was air-conditioned and was quite big and well furnished. it was apartment in Sobe 1 (non-smoking). Internet in the room has a very high speed. Decoration of the hotel was wonderful and amazing. The restaurant prepare fresh food whenever you order. The food is cheap and tasty. The breakfast is offered by plenty of choice and the tea is prepared from herbal mix that is good for your health. The hotel personal is very kind and polite and speak many languages. The hotel also have a special place for children to play. The owner of the hotel is very good lady she is helping guests for your requests or assistance you need in Belgrade. I have spent a very happy time during my staying in the Centar Balasevic Hotel in Belgrade. I recommend this hotel to all people traveling to Belgrade!!! Special THANKS to the Owner of the Hotel and all people who worked there!!!
Also many thanks to Expedia that is really help people over the world to find good hotels!!!

First impression of the Panorama was a bit of a shock. The front looks a bit like a shop. The staff on duty had litle English but did their best. The layout of the hotel is a little strange but when we saw our room it was a pleasant surprise. Large with 1 double and 2 single beds a full lounge suite fridge and flat screen TV with satellite. Separate shower room and toilet and a hallway. The food was great and it and the wine was reasonably priced. Later the English speaking manager and receptionist were on duty and most helpful. The hotel appears to be in the middle of nowhere but a short walk along the street is fairly busy with some shops money exchanges and fast food outlets. There are plenty of buses into town although it is about 40 minutes away. Bus tickets are 50cents each. There is also free use of a computer in the bar area.
One downside was there was a wedding on one evening and we felt slightly unwelcome then almost being escorted to our room out of the way. It was quiet most times and we were often the only ones in the restaurant. It seems most residents are perhaps visiting relatives and only sleep in the hotel.
This is good place if like us you sightsee all day and like to relax quietly with a drink and a meal in the evening.

The hotel was clean and well kept, and the front desk staff could not have been more helpful. We were provided with maps and taxis were arranged quickly, and they helped with our language difficulties at every opportunity. We did not eat in the restaurant so I cannot say what that was like, but the bar food was of an acceptable standard, although the limited food we had did have more mayonnaise than I thought necessary. Our only issue was that the lift was frankly terrifying. It did not have an internal door, and did not seem to stop level with the floor. This coupled with the fact that it stopped between floors on our way up to our room meant that we chose to use the stairs whenever we did not have our suitcases with us.

"Excellent staff & facilities at Crystal, Belgrade"
Spending a week on my own at Belgrade's Crystal Hotel was a most enjoyable experience.
All the staff speak excellent English and were always happy to help guests from very different backgrounds with varying needs.
There was a great range of food for breakfast, and a well-stocked bar with affordable prices.
Near to the landmark St. Sava's Temple this hotel is convenient for the city centre and also near a pleasant park.
