"The best in La Recoleta"
This hotel is in the most exclusive neighborhood in Buenos Aires. The staff was extremely attentive and the boutique hotel is charming and beautifully decorated. The room was small, but comfortable and the package included a hot breakfast every morning. Close to everything, including a tour company across the street where you can book tours to everywhere in the city. Walking distance to the Recoleta Cementery, Cultural Center, a mall, and the plazas are amazingly beautiful with old trees. Great restaurants all around it- La Rambla (a pub/cafeteria), Fervor (an amazing high class restaurant) and Sotto Voce, a small Italian restaurant. The staff were courteous and attentive and even helped us with directions, our bags, etc. Great place to stay if you want to experience a Buenos Aires neighborhood with streets lined with beautiful trees. I'd stay here anytime! It was worth the price.

Silence surrounds this neighborhood’s main attraction: the Recoleta Cemetery. Many famous Argentines are buried here, including Eva Perón, the first lady whose life and ambition are dramatized in the musical Evita. Recoleta’s villas once housed the city’s elite. Today, embassies and galleries reside in the grand buildings. La Biela sidewalk café is a protected landmark popular for people watching.
