It is beautifully situated and is a peaceful environment. The front desk is extremely helpful with good english. It is slightly isolated. The restaurant serves buffet style morning and evening. To find an alternative, you must take a taxi to Porto de Galinhas to find other restaurants.
The Hotel is a little priced high for what you get. The room was nice. Unfortunately they put me in a room where there were working on a room right above mine. All day long I had to listen to electric saws, talking and pounding. I came to relax and not hear that noise. If they had to do the work then don't book people in the room beneath it. If you do, start work after breakfast when people are out and about. They also were using leaf blowers during the evening when we were back in the room trying to relax for the night. Can't you start at 10 am and finish by 6 pm???? Also My wife and I bought food at the restaurant service window and were watching the musical show. It started raining and we asked if we could sit inside. They told us that we weren't allowed. WHAT??? Did you forget that I'm a paying customer???? I bought the food from the restaurant!!!! Bottom line the people who run the hotel need to go to Cancun and learn something. I've stayed at many places and this place rated just OK. One other thing, the hotel is across the street from the ocean. Forget an Ocean view..... so there you have it....disappointed? YES, would I go back? NO, not to this place.

I was worried prior too arrival that the hotel would nor live up to the pictures I had seen online. However it was everything and more. A great place to stay. Staff was great and always available. Facilities are excellent. Pool and beach are pay of the hotel. Fantastic overall.
