“Worst hotel experience ever”

WE will never go back to this hotel in Reading area, as hard to find with poor visibility to entry from the road because of tree blocking the enter sign and no light for evening. The key card would not work after we arrived from outing, so we had to go to office to get another set then we had hard time getting in bec of the door latch so we had to go outside in rain to get in the other door. The room was not made up, no fresh towels and the bed not made. Office said there is nothing they can do about our room.

it was the most discusting place have ever stayed. i dont understand why expedia would ever keep them on their list. i had to buy cleaner to clean the balthroom people live there i stood in the lobby for 20min with another unpleased customer. i wouldnt send my worst enemy there if there isnt another hoted available in reading sleep in your car

“Terrible 6 hour stay!”

The hotel staff is totally disinterested in their guests, took 5 minutes for them to attend to me since they were in a back room eating and watching TV. Room was filthy, spiderwebs on the sink, around the ac unit and tv. A dirty towel was left hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. Bed linens had hairs and cigarette burns in them. Worst part of the entire night was the other people staying at the hotel... Apparently this is a drug den of some sort, there were people outside my door smoking weed, and doing other drugs, not to mention talking, laughing, yelling etc. A huge fight broke out around 3:30 am, I was forced to call the front office and the police, as there were people screaming, swearing, and pounding on doors. After a half hour of this, and tires squealing out of the parking lot, it calmed down enough to finally get some sleep. I had just driven 7 hours, checked in late, got 3 hours of sleep and then wasn't able to take a shower on account of the filthy tub and nasty stained "clean" towels. Honestly the worst hotel by far that I have ever stayed at. I booked it for 2 nights but checked out early that morning and found someplace else!!

Hotel room had a moldy smell. The ceiling had long brown stain marks from leaks and the room felt grimy.

Was better than expected based on reviews posted. Close to eateries and Alvernia College.

“Turn around and run”

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I should have left before reaching the desk. The odor of the lobby was foul. The hallways to the rooms had almost as bad a smell as the lobby. The towels were dirty (actual dirt handprints on them.) This is definitely off my list of places to stay when I visit my son at Penn State Berks.
