“Great Stay except the double charge!!!!!!!!!”

Everything about the stay was great the rooms were big , clean and nice but like a few other people that have reviewed this hotel I was charged twice, once through expedia and once through the hotel. At check-in I had even mentioned the double charging issue that I seen in the review s and told them that I didn't want it to happen to me and they assured me that it wouldn't. I contacted La Quinta and was told someone from the Raymonville hotel would contact me within three buisness days today is the third day and still no contact.

“Cold Spa”

Beautiful hotel. Front desk very helpful and kind. One problem, we were looking forward to hot spa after traveling but it was cold. We asked for it to be heated and the front desk said it would comply. We went to dinner and came back and it was still cold. Dissappointing. Otherwise, clean room and nice decor. Good beds.

“Newest nicest LaQuinta I've ever been in”

They must have JUST finished re-doing this place. I wasn't sure it was open and there was a big sign out front.. NOW OPEN.. Wonderful stay I would definitely stay here or feel comfortable recommending it to anyone.

Traveller's tip

Just a couple of cautions. It's not the easiest to get to if you go run an errand.. you have to go back North for a mile or two and make a U Turn to get back. AND.. for some reason they charged me again for the room even though I was paid through Expedia. As soon as I noticed I called and they refunded it.. but watch them. Of course I can't help but wonder how many people never notice if they do do this..?
