“Amazing Hotel!”

Honestly,one of the most impressive thing is indoor pool at hotel. Although I didn't swim, most of families and couples were swimming and playing in the pool. Second, I was able to eat so delicious Shrimp Tempura which they recommended. I was quite satisfied with dinner time.Third, staff of the hotel was very friendly. Even though I had a trouble, they attended to me very politely. It's beause when the door's swing bar lock in my room was already broken, the repairman fixed it quickly. Thanks to their service, I could spend very invaluable time there. I don't know how to thank them.

“would stay there again but will research better next time”

We stayed here on a Sunday night with hopes that my daughter would be able to use the waterpark Sunday night and Monday morning before we left town. I assumed, like most hotels with a pool, that she would be able to swim until around 10:00 but as we were checking in around 7:00, we found out that the waterpark closed at 8:00 and did not open the next day until 4:00. After knowing that, we might have stayed somewhere else where she could have used the pool a little longer. However, the price was right and we found the best pizza in the world at Sliders, the restaraunt in the hotel. Also wish they would update their beds with nicer bedding; still had the old-style, thin bedspreads. Other than that, would definitely stay there again as the waterpark was a blast...if even for an hour.

“Very Nice Hotel”

Hotel was very nice, and the employees were also nice. The once downside I didnt like of this hotel was that it had feather pillows, that might be a plus for some, but not for me. Over-all I was very impressed with this hotel

“very nice stay,great water park”

We only stayed two nights,would have loved to stay longer.Room was very clean,and plenty of space for three adults to hang out.The water park was an unexpected great time.The continental breakfast was better than most hotels we have stayed at,the restaurant fare was fantastic,especially the pizza,and the fish and chips. We will surely be staying here again.

Rushmore,Crazy Horse,Spearfish Canyon,Custer state park,Needles highway,sylvan lake. Bear country USA. Cosmos mystery area.The city of Deadwood / Lead.

“Not my kind of Hotel”

Assigned a smoking room; not asked for. Attached to Waterpark; not needed. Breakfasts were bland compared to other hotels.

“NO SMOKING!!!”

I ordered a NON-smoking room and did not receive one and they were booked. The front desk girl was wonderful ( AND OVER-WORKED) & did her best to make sure my next stay was NON-smoking & gave me air freshener to try to get some of the DISGUSTING oder down.
