“Wrong focus”

The heat wasn't activated so we had to wait until the next morning until engineering to arrive for it to warm up. Also, the maid service came very early two of the three mornings even though we had the do not disturb on sign on. Their priority was getting the room cleaned, not our relaxation.

I was in Chapel Hill on business. The business took place in the same hotel so this was convienient. Very comfortable room, felt well rested to start the day.

“service needed”

this hotel and the restaurant are just in need of better staffing and some real oversight. The fire alarm went off 3 times in a few hours due to 'kitchen issues' and the room thru Expedia is VERY small

“Satisfied”

Stayed there for 4 days in early May - had no specific expectations but it was a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was updated but rather small. Interaction with service was quite satisfactory and the value for what I paid was overall good. The gym is a bit small and limited. Overall satisfied.

“Nice, but nothing special.”

This hotel had a nice lobby, extremely comfortable bedding and a well equipped computer area. There was also a nice grassy area for sitting outside. We were surprised there was no mini-frig, and we were disappointed to discover that the pool was not operating (mid April). Front desk service and housekeeping were fine. Located about 6 miles from Duke, with shopping even closer.

“location good-- staff -- not so much”

In both the hotel and the restaurant-- the service is very slow. Took over 15 mins to check in and the room was by service elevator-- despite my request NOT to be by elevator. Food in Schulas is very good, but service slow.

“Very Nice Hotel Not Too Far from Downtown”

The hotel was very clean and located about 10 minutes from the UNC campus and Franklin street downtown area. The King Bed rooms were large and unlimited free WiFi was provided.
