“I didn't sleep a wink”

I travel to the area a lot and had a last minute trip. I opted for this hotel to save a couple of dollars. I usually stay @ the LaQuinta Inn up the street when I am in the area. I learned a valuable lesson this time and I am glad I only had to stay one night. This hotel just was all around "icky". Their were stains on the couch and chair cushions, water spots on the ceilings throughout, and even though my room was non-smoking, it had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. I slept with my TV and lights on because I just didn't feel all that safe. It had rained pretty hard throughout the day and the parking lot on the right side of the hotel was flooded. Also, they had about 4 large pot holes filled with rain water in the driveway that where a beast to get through when you tried to come in or leave. My advice, put down an extra $20 for the night and stay @ the LaQuinta Inn on Westpartk. The hotel overall is MUCH cleaner and feels MUCH safer.

We only stayed one night out of a week's booking. The room was dark because of low wattage bulds. The non-smoking room had cigarette burns on the kitchen counter. The hall smelled and the elevator smelled worst.

“Never Again”

As we drove to the hotel there were huge potholes in the driveway. We found a parking space not to far from door and proceed in. We checked into our first room and an overwhelming mildew and cigarette smoke odor hit us as we walked in the door. We stayed in the room a few minutes and decided that we couldn't stand it. We were assigned a new room. This one had thick dust in the kitchen, white powder on the draps, and an red stains leading from bedroom to the front door. I called front desk and there were no other rooms. I asked for a 4 am wakeup call so we could catch an early morning flight out of RDU. Room was so creepy that we didn't sleep any, which turned out to be a good thing because front desk didn't do our wake up call. We'll never book a room like that again, even if we got a good rate rate!

“not impressed”

The hotel needs some cosmetic updates. There were water stains on the ceiling in my room. There was a hole in the driveway entrance to the hotel. The hole was marked by a traffic cone, but the hole was larger than expected.

Enjoyed my stay. Will stay again.

We go every year to NC, because our dauther is in UNC, Capel Hill, and this time has been the worst expirience in the hotel matter

“Not Impressed”

The hotel is fine for a one-night stay. Not that clean and upkeep is not good at all. Had a non-smoking room, that smelt like cigarette smoke. Upgrades need to be done.

“Great location, but...”

The hotel did not provide wash clothes for two people. The sofa needed cleaning. One of the end tables was broken. I would not return to this hotel unless they are fully renivated.
