Everyone on staff was always helpful. I noticed the cleanliness of my room immediately. I was here for 3 breakfasts and each one was varied and good. I would definitely return!

Our check in was so nice. Told fromt desk receptionist I scraped my arm on door hook placed mid door in public restroom. The receptionist apologized and escalated to maintenance. Thank you for caring.

The property, breakfast and coffee and all good but the rooms need to be updated. Front desk was very personable every time I walked in.

Very run down, dirty bathroom. Carpeting is dirty and worn. Check in was ok but hotel needs major updates. Air conditioning didnt work and toliet ran after being flushed. Nice location however

We had to change rooms because our bed sheets were soiled when we pulled back the comforter. Don’t understand how housekeeping could make the bed and not notice the obvious stain.

Check in was easy. Room was clean but bathrooms need updating. Breakfast was perfect for kids in the morning. Parking was not an issue and a large variety of places to eat.

First, I was not made aware till I arrived that there was a pet fee. Second, every person who checked in, other than myself, received a bag with 2 bottles of water and a bag of chips. Once they knew we had a dog, they switched our room and when we went to find it, we had to use process of elimination because there wasn’t a room number on our room! The phone in our room wasn’t even working and my daughter had to pull things out and found that the cord was not plugged to the handpiece. When at breakfast, we heard another woman complain of the same issue. Breakfast area wasn’t very clean and very limited choices for a “hot” breakfast! Anytime we came down to the desk, we could never see anyone because they weren’t at the desk and door was closed to where they didn’t know anyone was standing there waiting. Overall this place was not a great place to stay!

Luke warm water for two mornings and cold water no hot water at all in third morning only response from hotel desk on the day there was cold water only was you could have called and we could have tried to fix it, hard to do when you are trying to take a shower. Needs new furniture in lobby area ripped, worn, and torn chairs. No rooms were ready when check in started lots of people waiting. But was a clean place, convenient to many restaurants and locations in Cary and quiet.

I wont be back
My room was very clean but had an odor that i couldnt kill- even after buying candles to help. To be fair, I dont think this room was used often- it was on the top floor at the end of the hall. It took some time for the water to get 'hot' and the bathoom had no exhaust fan. Location and parking was great. Employees were very pleasant. That odor just ruined it for me. I wont be coming back.

The AC unit barely worked, had to put it on 60 to get it to even blow any air. Something about the bed sheets made my husband and I itchy. It's been 3 days since we were there, and im still itchy, especially on my neck where i had the sheet pulled up.
