Nobody manages the place actively. Guest were obnoxious from 11:45pm til 3:15am. Called for key desk. No one answered. I asked the people yelling in the hallways to kindly quiet down. They were middle aged people, not teenagers. Very nasty group and carried foul odors about them. O my p

Very close to UNC Dental school. Daughter had surgery and we were close by. Gave us earlier check in which was so helpful.

Beautiful hotel right next to a busy fire station and sketchy gas station. Have to pay for parking which seems odd. But front desk was wonderful and accommodated early check in without question.

Nice modern place to stay. Everything seemed to be clean except for the hair on the shower wall…😬. The AC unit sounded like it was about to give up. And there was a loud noise early in the morning that mimicked the end of a coffee pot brewing cycle, but it lasted like 30 minutes. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Aloft was a really cool place to stay. We were here for a college visit and it was close to campus and Franklin street. Very clean and comfortable

Front desk area was undergoing renovation which was a little awkward. Parking a little dicey although we lucked out and found a spot close-by. Clean, safe, Quiet. Cool bar. Great place to stay after UNC game!

The lobby was under construction When I made the reservation nor when I checked in online was I made aware that there was major construction going on. I was caught off guard when I arrived at the premises. Parking was very inconvenient. We had to park in a parking garage at the end of the retail area and walk a substantial distance back to hotel. If I had been travelling alone as a female I would not have felt safe.

I prepaid this room in advance. My son arrived at 12:30AM after driving 7 hours. The doora were looked and noone was there working. After 30 minutes of knocking and calling the hotel trying to contqct someone so he could check in, he finally left and paid for another room at a different hotel. Otvitz and this hotel are both resoponsible for this horrible failure that i have been dealing slwith starting at 1AM in the morning. Do not atay at this rude and unprofessional place. It sucks!

Immaculate! Perfect stay.
Room was perfect, all linens were crisp, plenty of towels were at the ready knowing guests may well want them as the shower door does not have a good seal at the bottom. So, pro tip: don't leave things you don't want soaked on the floor NEAR the shower door or PATH of the way the shower door opens. The front desk was advised of this annoyance and they do have a maintenance group coming to remedy the situation, as this is the case in more than one room. Other than that, the room was perfect, tight, vacuumed, straightened, plenty of TP and other items that guests commonly use. Room was lovely, colorful, fresh and the lobby welcoming and the front desk staff very helpful, at checkin, at midnight for odd questions here and there late at night, and staff definitely respected the DND tag we put on the door, and even when we were away. Thanks Aloft Chapel Hill!
