“Rühig, bequem, sehr gut gelegen”

Doch waren es nur 3,5 km zum Strand. Ein Dorfladen war 800m weg. Nur gibt es nicht viele Busse, usw, zwischen das Dorf und Benodet, also wenn man getrennte Wege mal gehen möchte, und nur 1 Auto hat, ist es etwas kompliziert. Taxis gibt es aber doch. Einzige ander Minuspunkt - beheiztes Schwimmbad war kaum spurbar wärmer als das Meer. Kinder oder empfindliche Leuten könnten dabei einen Neopren-Shorty beim Wassersporthändler kaufen, wenn man nicht nur mit den Füssen im Wasser gehen möchte, nur nimmt es kostbare Zeit und Geld in Anspruch - wir kamen nie dazu. Dorf an Dorf ist dort wünderschön. Es gab einige Schauer, etwas mehr als üblich für Juli, aber kaum 1 Tag mit ununterbrochenem Regen. Dafür hat man aber keine Last von Überhitze, Mücken auch nicht.

Traveller's tip
Parken in Benodet war nicht schwierig und war gratis. Für Regenwetter gab es für Kinder Hallenbäder und auch Softplayzentren in Pont l'Abbe und Quimper. Um 12 sind populäre Cafes schon voll, weil die dann wieder (ausser die direkt am Strand) um 14.30 zugehen. Crepes sind oft um 17 Uhr vorbei. Tolle Kinderclubs am Strand, lange Öffnungszeiten, nette mehrssprachige Betreuern
