The staff were very friendly, and helpful, the hotel although could require some upgrades, is perfect if you do not require 5 star rated hotel, close to main squares and atractions,breakfast could be a little better thought out, maybe a better,bigger breakfast bar and menu rooms and towels were cleaned every day, over all we enjoyed our stay

Aside from a lit trouble getting hot water for showers , and a slow water leak somewhere around the sink , no complaints.

I guess for the price its not horrible
Losts of mold and mildew in the shower. The bed destroyed my back. The air conditioner cooled the room but did not remove the humidity. The free breakfast was fruit and bread.

We were well taken care of. Very healthy start to each day with the continental breakfast, easy access at all hours.

Great location
We found all personnel to be friendly and helpful. The room had no outside window, but did have one to the corridor. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakffast was comprised of cereal, yogurt, and fruit. The hotel was conveniently located to the main square. The hotel definitely is not soundproof.

The rooms were very tiny (about 190 square feet). The worse part is you can hear your neighbors through the walls and the street traffic since the hotel is open and not enclosed. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. It was also close to the downtown area. A little expensive for the value in my opinion.

Expected more for the price
I went completely for the price has it was 25% off. The room was clean and confortable but really expected more as there are some chain hotels having the same rates. It has no parking lot, could hear through the walls and in the mornings I was awake by cars outside.

better than expected!
very clean room, great comfort. However, urgent it needs an elevator and a ramp access. we hace children and to carry then at night on the stroller it was complicated without elevators

Met our needs. Very attentive, helpful and courteous front desk. No elevator, but no problem. Poor breakfast; we skipped it after first day. Not good security. Noises carry.

El hotel tiene instalaciones estandar, el problema fue el señor de recepción y las condiciones se reservación, mal encarado, grosero, no tenian ni una botella de agua en la habitación, tenia un desayuno incluudo que no nos dieron y para el costo.. la verdad muy mal, en el centro encontramos otro hotel que por el mismo costo nos dieron un mejor servicio, la verdad que ya conparando no vale la pena este hotel

Al llegar al hotel nos explicaron que si queríamos factura, teníamos que pagar extra por el IVA, porque al haber reservado en Expedia ellos no se hacen responsables de la factura. Luego nos dijeron que la podían hacer pero por un monto menor al que habíamos pagado. Hablamos con la gerencia quien autorizó que se nos hiciera la factura por el monto total que habíamos pagado. El día previo al check-out pedimos que nos tuvieran las facturas listas al día siguiente temprano porque íbamos de viaje de trabajo y teníamos una agenda apretada. Se tardaron más de una hora en darnos la factura y nos la dieron por un monto menor al que habíamos pagado! (De nada sirvió haber hablado con gerencia). Supongo que lo hicieron para que (por la prisa de salir) ya no dijéramos nada. Lo peor de todo, es que la primera noche encontramos cucarachas en las habitaciones y tuvimos que aguantarnos porque no podíamos cancelar la reservación y ya habíamos pagado toda la estancia.
