Comfy stay at Dowtown Queretaro
This is a truly boutique hotel. Small, with attention to details. It is not luxurious but it is really nice. The price/quality ratio is appropriate, the bed is super comfy, and it is a very good option to immerse in Dowtown Queretaro. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars and yet, I didn’t notice street noice at all while at the property. One thing they can do better is to boost the Wifi Signal in the rooms.

Great Location, walking distance from main city downtown places. But for the price I expect a better rooms. Room was noisy, people with unleash dogs was really disturbing. Overall ok. But I did not enjoy the stay.

Decoration is great, staff is very friendly but parking is a bit far, although understandable for being downtown.

On the plus side, great location, welcoming employees and a very tasteful effort in design. BUT the primary function of an hotel is to have a good night sleep and a decent bathroom, and this is where it goes bad: beds are small (full, where a queen would easily fit) and the bathroom is possible the worst design I have seen: to take a shower, get into the bathtub after going up two steps and accessing the tub from the back end, where there is a slope. The lighting is also way too low, and tt turn on the light, you must close the door (very unpractical)

I´m sorry to hear that. Thanks for the comment, this help us to improve. In the next visit you going to have a security handrail in the tub. The size of the bed is Queen Size and we think that is the ideal size for the room. In your next visit please stay at one of our suites. Have a great trips!

Stylish Hotel, Great Location, Great Service
This hotel is a great combination of price, style, location and service. It's located right in the heart of the historic downtown, walking distance to attractions, shopping & dining. The hotel is set in a beautiful 19th-century home that has been stylishly redone, with modern and trendy design elements and modern original art. Love the high ceilings, big rainforest shower, rooftop deck and lovely back courtyard that's perfect for relaxing or having breakfast. The staff is super friendly, bilingual and amazingly helpful — they were quick to help me out when I left something important in my room after checkout. I'd definitely recommend this cool hotel to anyone who wants to fully enjoy Queretaro!

Clean rooms and great front desk welcome. Property is convenient to area sights and lovely. Minuses: they asvertise free breakfsst but it's only coffee and they do not clarify this in thrir promotions. They forgot a 3 am wake up call which is inexcusable. Give them a try but be sure you know what perks if any are included.

A good place
Smallish dog-friendly place with a great patio. Stylish, elegant, very comfortable bed. Excellent location. I was very happy with the place. My room was really nice but on the dark side and there is no food other than brealfast, but there are lots of places to eat nearby

A must for dog owners
I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. It's not particularly easy finding dog friendly hotels as cool and beautifully located as the MO17 Boutique Hotel. Queretaro is absolutely beautiful, charming and tranquil.

Sleepless for noise & rude manager
When checking in we were required for an open voucher Even though they don't have anything in the fridge. I didn't want to provide the room key unless we open voucher or left cash instead. The manager was quite rude about it and even says that if I didn't agree I could call the owner who was in Norway ... such bad service ! At night we couldn't sleep at all until 3:30 AM because there was a party next-door, loud microphones and karaoke. The staff member we complained to said he was really unusual and assured he was trying to sort it out with police but it kept on and on. The next day another staff member told us that it is quite frequent but that it happens on Saturdays and not on Thursdays - be careful people- they lie to clients! Luckily coffee was good although besides that the only provided a small fruit portion and nothind else.

Nice Boutique Hotel
I stay with my family and pet, one night, if you like to spend the night at very downtown in Queretaro, this is the place, some traditional restaurants located near, and main local attractions, nice boutique hotel, rooms very nice, and completly restored.

I love MO17, this time I was a bit disappointed, the WIFI was non-existent at the room. They forgot to re-supply Toilette paper, and there was no Juice for breakfast. Still, I will stay there next time.

Bad choice
Horrible location for the room. It was on the very entrance of the hotel. The front door shutters didn't close well, so a lot of light passed trough. There's was a cockroach in the bathtub! The wood around the bathtub was warned out. Really noisy room. Too expensive for all the above.

Great place to enjoy the blend of colonial and modern styles. The rooftop on the 2nd floor is a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine at night. The staff was very attentive. The hotel is within walking distance to the main plaza, antro (club), and an area with restaurants.

Excellent Neighborhood: Beware of Price Fraud
Hotel was falsely advertised. Price was listed as 180 per night and on sale for $80. At hotel room was listed for 1,800 pesos ($110 at today's exchange rate). They made the hotel appear to be on sale when it was not. This was once a beautiful hotel but now it is run down. Walls have peeling paint. Some rooms are moldy. Towels are grey and ripped. Staff wasn't very helpful. Excellent area, could be an excellent hotel but needs better upkeep.

Very well designed. The staff was very friendly, they showed us all the best places to eat and have a drink on a map. Will come back for sure.
