Excelente servicio y sobre todo cercanía con centros comerciales. Algo importante, una noche hubo viento y hacia ruido. Se les notifico de eso al staff y muy amablemente nos cambiaron la habitación. Buen desayuno y servicio impecable. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar con ellos. Gracias

Perfect hotel in Queretaro for business or a short stay, just across from Abtea shopping center and Juriquilla. I would recommend bringing your own car, although Uber works fin. We where one of the fist guests no in pandemic times and we felt quite safe.

Amazing hotel
We went for a wedding, it was a great stay! Everyone is very nice and they have a little shop with snacks and a restaurant. Its very close to Plaza Antea, which is amazing!

Very nice rooms, very new hotel.
Nearly new hotel with an excellent restaurant, both service and food, and buffet breakfast. Easy access from the south but from the north you will need to exit the expressway and then cross over the highway and go north a few hundred meters.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The kitchen manager has no manner when it comes to their room service waiter making a mistake and instead of waiting until morning to correct, sends the waiter up after 11pm when I was asleep. But he was the only idiot. Everything else was first class.

I love the pillows that have the firmness embroidered on them, and very accurate. The king size bed was perfect, clean and modern bathroom, rain shower with good water pressure, foot shelf in the shower helps.

In general it was a good place to stay. We went to a wedding so we didn’t hang much time in the hotel. It is kind of noisy we had a couple with a baby in the next room but the place was very confortable.

Hotel is really cool, very clean and modern furniture. Although they have to be stricter in regards to noise. I arrived really tired and wanted just to sleep but the room next door had a party...on Tuesday! I called reception and ask to take care of it, they did but still noise (bad music) was still on... That is why I don't rate it with Excellent. Suggestion: at booking, hotel have to say to all customers about regulations... WI-FI very slow and not secure

Hotel was clean and staff spoke English well. This is my second stay in a 3 month period and both times the patio and pool we're closed.
