My stay at Gran Hotel de Querétaro was very pleasant in all respects. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They truely make a difference. I would never forget the immediate actions/great care taken by Ms Paulina and all the front office/concierge so that I could catch my bus to Mexico City at the very last minute 🙏🙏🙏

Fenomenal! Habiamos tenido una experiencia horrible en nuestro primer hotel, y escogi este al azar, sabiendo que estaba bien ubicado frente a una de las plazas. Para ser honesta algunas partes de las instalaciones podrian usar actualizacion, sobre todo el color que esta muy amarillo adentro, pero aparte de eso, todo fue increible. Toda la gente de recepcion muy amable y atenta, con un servicio impecable. Disfrutabamos mucho hablar con ellos y nos conectaron con un guia local llamado Julio quien nos hizo un paseo personalizado excelente. Salir con el seria la mejor decision que puedes tomar! Habitacion con vista a la plaza, bastante amplia y comoda.

The hotel location is fantastic, but just that This hotel is a big spacious hotel without a soul . It probably was a grand hotel long, long time ago but now What it makes me angry is that this is a 5 star hotel with no room service, not laundry service, not a refrigerator inside the room . This Grand hotel should advertise as 3 star hotel . They have free breakfast and to be honest the breakfast was so mediocre, so terrible for a 5 star hotel.The room was nice because it have a balcony facing the park but in the room the bed was old the the pillows where so old and smell like someone head it small bad and, they where so uncomfortable and lumpy. This hotel was a big disappointment for a 5 star hotel it has definitely been the worst hotel i ever stayed, I won’t recommend to anybody.

I had a small problem with the parking, had to pay twice on my last day. They might have a English note on this to ovoid confusion. But in all a great place. Will stay again

The hotel is in the center which makes it convenient. The room was good. The place is a little dated- carpet needs replacement. The water for shower was warm (like it hotter) and the room was a little chilly. Be prepared for loud music and noises if you face the center. It is usually finished by midnight. We tried the breakfast- not good at all and was surprised when we were charged especially with the rate we paid. It was not worth the price. Most items were cold and tasted like it had been there for awhile. Several other clients even got up without even eating when they saw what it was. Overall was disappointed in the stay. I gave it a 4 but it’s more a 3 1/2.

They turned the water off for most of our stay without giving a heads up before checking in. We had to go and find public restrooms that charged for using them. It was very unsanitary.

Great stay!
Amazing hotel, the staff was so kind and very knowledgeable and willing to give recommendations. We had an awesome stay. The hotel is clean, extremely comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. Great location with good restaurants.

The customer service was amazing!! Staff went out of their way to help us and support our needs. There are two restaurant bars adjoined to the property and they played music till 11:30 pm every night making it difficult to sleep until then.

This is a lovely hotel that used to be a convent. The women at the reception desk are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Might not be such a great place for those who go to bed early or sleep lightly; there is a lot of noise outside the hotel (church bells and really loud music) until 10:00 (later on weekends). Superb location.

A great hotel if you want to be in the heart of QRO. Restaurants, bars, nightlife all in walking distance. Never had a problem. Stayed here twice. Keep in mind, if there are festivities taking place (Independence Day) it may get a bit loud

I recommend this hotel
2nd time I stay, clean hotel, comfortable bed, downtown in the middle of everything, lots of beautiful cathedral in walking distance. Tours are available in hotel or outside. I would recommend hotel. Only complaint is toilet was leaking a bit of water but everything else was great.

Great location. And while I was a little worried about plaza noise - it turned out to not be an issue. Bed was too short for me - about 6" less than frame and I'm 6'1". Breakfast staff very nice for the buffet, but limited menu. Noticed lobby furniture definitely needed to be changed due to stains and wear. I liked the place, but didn't love it. For the price I expected better.

I loved that the property was central to shopping, dining, and many more places. The staff was always available, polite, and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and we a nice view to the city. I didn't not get the 'breakfast vouchers' which I thought were included and was not offered an upgrade. Otherwise, our stay was excellent.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, at a great location, and in a great area of Queretaro. You can walk to a bunch of great places, do some shopping, and just sitting by the beautiful Jardín de Zenea. Will Definitely return!
