Very noisy room

Pros: The hotel facilities were great and the staff is very helpfull
Unfortunately, my room was right in front of the elevators, so machines were running all night.

FIRST OF ALL, THE HOTEL DOES NOT OFFER AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION, IT IS ONLY 430 AM, NOT ALL DAY LONG. THEN YOU ASK THE FRONT DESK FOR A TAXI, AND THEY SEND A NO-AUTHORIZED TAXI TO GET YOU, WHO CHARGE TWO TIMES THE REAL PRICE TO THE AIRPORT. HE CHARGES 400.00 PESOS WHEN THE REAL PRICE IS 260.00. AND HE INSISTED TO BE PAID BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO THE AIRPORT. BE CAREFUL, WITH THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THAT HOTEL.

Business hotel with city views

Friendly staff, clean room, hearty breakfast buffet and beautiful views overlooking the city but not near any walking distance restaurants or historic district. They could use better trained front desk staff. For example, we booked a hotel driver for a business meeting and he was nowhere to be found at departure time. Luckily, their van was available.
