Perfect location at a affordable price. We stayed as a family at a great rate in the centre of town with a easy walk to all the activities to do, or to get on board for, great experience will be back again.
Easy to get around due to location of hotel to Queenstowns main centre. Rooms were very well appointed - with TV over the bath and nespresso machines in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were large and comfortable. We would of loved to stay extra nights!

loved this location so much extended our stay. Great service, convineint location. Restaurants and shopping accross the street and nextdoor, conviniecne store next door. Easy to find, parking available. Staff friendly and accomodating.
Stayed for 2 nights. Staff were excellent, very pleasant, helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Lovely warm atmosphere in the main entrance and reception area. Beautiful views from the room. What a sight to wake up to!
We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. We had a balcony overlooking the lake and beach area, and there was a little table and two chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we would gladly stay there again. There is a nice bar/lounge, and a restaurant on the 6th floor with windows to the beautiful lake view. The buses for tours pick up and drop off right at the hotel front door making it very convenient.
