Pros: Amazing people. Very friendly. Free parking
Location: The M train into Rockefeller Centre in Manhattan is only a short shuttle ride away (free). 25 minute subway ride was very convenient.
The hotel was very nice but overall, it's the people that deserve credit because they were outstanding in being kind and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. The M train into Rockefeller Centre in Manhattan is only a short shuttle ride away (free). 25 minute subway ride was very convenient. Free parking at hotel too. Excellent free hot breakfast.

Very nice hotel

I was getting married at a venue close to this hotel and just needed somewhere to change and come back to at the end of the night. The hotel surprised me how clean and up to date it was. The walls were a little thin, you could hear everything going on in the rooms next door, but that's expected in a hotel. The stay was excellent and very comfortable.

Cons: It would be formidable that they could provide at certain times a transport to Manhattan.

Smaller rooms normally than would expect in Holiday Inn. Shuttle service couldn't pick up or take back to the airport. Location was further than expected from New York City, but shuttle did take the subway drop off but not pick up had to take bus to motel, which was a bit of an adventure

Great priced hotel with parking and breakfast incl

Cons: Only the shuttle back to the hotel from the subway. Everything else was very good.
Great priced hotel with free parking and free full breakfast buffet. A nice alternative to high priced Manhattan hotels. The king bed room was large, clean, and well equipped. Hotel has a nice hourly shuttle to the nearest subway stop but unfortunately they do not pick you up at the subway stop when you return to the hotel. The alternative is either to drive to the Queen's Mall and pay a nominal parking fee while you take the subway back and forth to Manhattan or take their one way shuttle and take the Bus or taxi back to the hotel from the nearest subway stop.

Stayed 2 nights. Got chinese next door for dinner. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No complaints about cleanliness, parking, breakfast. Some minor complaints: King Bed was rather hard; Wifi password didn't work on the last morning; No additional coffee packets were added to the room for the second day of my stay. It is convenient to where I am working, but wish there was a hotel as convenenient with a restaurant. Neighborhood sketchy.
