Friendly efficient staff running like clockwork. Clean and comfortable and with a slightly quirky vibe. Lively convenient area with restaurants and bars, but tucked a short step away in a side street so quiet enough. We will return.

We stayed in this property for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet, clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of hot options or continental and was excellent. After travelling in Ireland and Northern Ireland for nearly 3 weeks this was the first hotel with a fridge in the room. The property is just 15 minutes walk from the city. We would not hesitate to book this accommodation when returning to Belfast.
