“Solid value”
Solid price-performance. Clean room, courteous staff, convenient location. No frills. No issues. I'd stay at Hotel Acadia again.
“nice ambience”
Old world comfort; setting superb - within Le Vieux Quebec.
“Good location”
The hotel location was perfect however our room wasnt dusted and it appeared different than what i had expected from reading the description and seeing the picture. I wasnt too pleased. The carpet looked dirty.
“Excellent place in Quebec City”
The Hotel Acadia is an excellent place to stay in Quebec City... quaint... quiet... a nice deck and morning room. It is well located within the walls of the old city... easy walking to the attractions of old Quebec. The staff was very friendly and we had no difficulty with the language (we are Anglophone only). It is a touch expensive, and parking is not free, but I would recommend the place. It has a sign up welcoming bicyclers.
“Close but no cigar”
Well situated but they didn't give us the room we had reserved.
“Great location”
The best things about this hotel: the location, the free breakfast at a nearby resturant, and the availability of a jacuzi and spa. The worst thing about this hotel: the lack of an elevator and the fact that, although the size of most rooms was adequate and some of the rooms could even be described as spacious, our room would have to be described as tiny.
“Cute hotel in the heart of old Montreal”
The hotel is adorable. Every room is different. We stayed for one night. So didn't get to use the hot tub, but they do have one. The breakfast that is provided is not at the hotel, but right aroung the corner. Cute resturant and breakfast was good. The hote staff were friendly & helpful. Would recommend this hotel.
“nice hotel”
Nice hotel, unfortunately though, breakfast was a joke. you get a voucher for a nearby cafe where you can´t buy anything with it- you just get a 4$ discount. THis can not be advertised as complimentary breakfast!!!
“Pretty Cute”
The bad: The front desk lady wasn't terribly kind or helpful. We had to park in city parking because there were no more spaces at the hotel. I thought the bed was kind of hard... The Good: our room had a nice bathtub. It also had a fridge and microwave we didn't use, but I suppose that could be a plus for some people. For the price, I thought it was a good deal - the location was good - within walking distance of everything, so I can't complain. It was clean and there was a spa on the top floor with a rooftop jacuzzi.
“Definetly going back for romantic getaway”
Staff was ultra friendly , rooms were warm, charming and very cozy, great location!
