We arrived in the evening after an all day drive, the front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant.
In the morning we asked information and direction for places we desire to visit and she was very helpful in providing them.

It has been 37 years since our last visit, check in was was quick, room was ready and well presented, we were given an upgrade at the front desk, room was on the 25th floor, excellant view of the harbour and old city.
We ate at both of their restaurants, lower level for breakfast and later a pub type dinner.
Our main dinning expeience was at their revolving restaurant on top, 28 level, what a spectacular view of the city a night, staff very helpfull and prices quite reasonable too.
It was perfectly lcoated for walking the old city and easy to get to from the airport via taxi. The room was adorable and roomy. The staff was helpful when I had questions or needed something. Concierge is down the street a bit but they offeted bellhop service anyway when we checked in. I would stay there again.
I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is located very close to a tourist friendly shopping street (Rue Saint-Jean) with lots of restaurants, shops, bakeries, and a pharmacy. There is a fast-food restaurant (Chez Ashton) next door that's open until 4AM, which is convenient after a night out on Grand Allée. Perfect access to most of the sights in Upper Town (Haute-Ville) and about a 20 minute walk from the Lower Town (Basse-ville). The hotel was very clean and there is a pool & gym in the basement. I only visited the gym which was basic and there isn't anything to wipe down the machines with after, so there is room for improvement there. However, our room was very spacious and spotless.
The hotel room was small but adequate since we were out all day. They had 15% coupons to use at a number of the museums which was nice. A continental breakfast was available, but not complimentary. However, coffee, juice and tea was available all day which for me was better than breakfast. Staff was very good and helpful. Wake-up call and cab service was on time. This was important to us since we needed to be at the airport at 4:30am for a 6:30am flight.
