“"Very accomodating staff!"”
When we arrived at the hotel, my husband discovered that his credit cards had fallen out of his wallet when he paid the taxi driver who had just dropped us off at the hotel. One of the young women on staff, immediately contacted the taxi compmany and had their dispatcher send out notice to all drivers. Within 10m minutes they located the dirver and he delivered our credit cards:) Quick thiniking and concern for their holtel guests made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. Also enoyed the Itallian Restaurant recomended to us. Excellent food and service! If ever in Quebec again, we will make it a point to stay at the Times Hotel & Suites. ps. loved the continental breakfast:) Higlyy recommend this hotel! P&B McKeen Chicago
“Ali A”
Clean, new, helpful staff, internet and breakfast... all for a good price. definitely recommend the hotel.
“Will recommend as an airport hotel.”
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a unique style with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was lacking especially in a city like Quebec where the options are endless.
“Times hotel and suites”
Overall the condition of the hotel was ok. Average offering of breakfast, mostly toast and bagels. The pool is extremely small, don't expect to swim laps in it. The hotel is new but for some reason, there is a strange smell in our room. Don't know if they ran out of money at the end, but the ceiling is unfinished. The style is modern contemporary and the lighting is extremely dark. The location is great though. Right off the freeway, plenty of shops and restaurants.
