Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town.

Great ski hotel in a great location
Myself and my husband booked in the hotel to go skiing for the weekend. Absolutely perfect! The hotel provide a shuttle bus that will take you to the slopes, when you are finished for the day - you just call the hotel and they come pick you up. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. The town of Mont Dore is fabulous, only a few minutes walk from the hotel and full of incredible restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

Close to Mont Dore
Stayed here for 2 nights and we were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly, encouraging us to speak French rather than English! The hotel is approached by a private steep drive and when it snows heavily is a problem, but there is parking at the bottom nearby. We paid extra and had a valley view room and we could see the centre of Mont Dore, which currently still has Christmas trees lit up. The room was comfortable and importantly warm. It had a functional bathroom. We did use the small pool and sauna and I could imagine sitting outside on the terrace in the summer overlooking Mont Dore. There is a large bar area and a real log fire and in the evening candles are lit on the bar.

Disappointed that the restaurant was not open in the evening. Had to go out by car and so restrict alcohol drinks. Very steep climb on return. Arrived at 2 p.m but not let into our room until 3-45 p.m. - not good enough when the hotel is only used for several hours short of 24 hours, i.e. 1 day. Pool water too cool to use. The room and breakfast was good and the staff pleasant.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec mon compagnon en période estivale. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel hyper accueillant et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux (crêpes et œufs brouillés faits à la demande). Literie confortable. Un bon choix pour un séjour dans le coin

Premier abord tout se passe bien! Chambre modeste mais pour dormir ça ira! C’est après que ça se complique! Odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, lit inconfortable (le lit de mémé), la piscine froide et le pediluve est immonde! Nous avons joué au uni avec les voisins la moitié des nuits donc l’insonorisation est mauvaise! Petit déjeuner pas avant 8h (pas de thé correct puisque pas de livraison! Apparemment pas de magasin pour en acheter et pallier au pb) On vous dit tjs oui mais rien ne change! La femme de ménage a jeté la tige de ma boucle d’oreille cassée! On compatit mais on s’en fiche! Le matériel n’est pas vérifié du coup vous avez les cheveux mouillés avant de voir que le sèche cheveux est défaillant! Les lits sont faits d’une telle façon que vous dormez sur le matelas (pas d’alaise et le drap du dessous ne tient pas). Un ensemble très décevant qui m’a coûté le prix, le dos en vrac, une boucle d’oreille, un repos non mérité au vu de la prestation! Et ça se dit 3 étoiles! OMG! Surtout que la propriétaire crie sur tous les toits qu’elle ne veut pas rénover les chambres depuis le Covid

Très bon séjour
Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très serviable et souriant, la piscine est super et les prix très corrects. Cependant malgré un personnel qui est vraiment au petit soin, je trouve dommage de dire que le petit déjeuner est fait maison quand ce n’est pas du tout le cas, ça éviterait le gaspillage. La petite amélioration pour la prochaine fois !

Beaucoup de choses manquantes pour un 3étoiles. Seul le prix, excessif pour ce qui est proposé, est à la hauteur des 3 étoiles. Un petit déjeuné pas mal mais bien trop cher(14euros), du jamais vu. Le confort du lit est bon mais la chambre très petite. Il n’y a pas de changement des serviettes, pas de verres et le système d'aération de la salle de bain est non fonctionnel. Il n’y a pas de local pour les skis pour un hôtel situé dans une station de ski… La piscine est plutôt sympa et chauffée mais il ne faut pas glisser dans les escaliers remplis d'eau. Et encore une fois, le système de renouvellement de l'eau était non fonctionnel et la piscine un peu vide un jour sur 2.

Hotel calme, propre, confortable, personnel disponible et compétent. Parking aisé. Situé en centre ville, idéal pour voir le Mont dore à pied. Très bonne restauration et tres bon petit déjeuner. Prix raisonnables. Nombreux restaurants à proximité.
