We had 10 days stay at the hotel with 1 3 year old child and adult with walking disabilities. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly. If you haven't purchased a golden service my dad didn't get experience to even see the ocean, because it was impossible to get to the area with walker. When i asked the stuff that only had 1 area that was accessible, they stated that i need a golden bracelet and my dad could only use it after 1 week after another woman on wheelchair would leave. I also didn't feel that the stuff was treated well, they seemed very unhappy. 80% of times we didn't get the expected service, we didn't get utensils at the serving table, the waiters took very long to bring anything. Would rather go and get it myself. The food was disappointment. Only 1 Buffett worked with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very limiting choice of food. The entertainment was boring. A lot of people were leaving in the beginning or middle of the shows. The room was a full disappointment, very old, outdated. The closet was broken, the bathroom had mold and rust. The fridge door was covered with rust. Even mirrors had rust on top. For 5 star hotel it was very inappropriate.
