Pros: kids felt happy and safe
Location: Take one day trip to SAONA island
Beautiful white beach, palm trees with cocoa nuts, tasty and reach food make a perfect vacation

Nice hotel

Everything was amazing. Perfect staff. Beautiful place all around! Only had one incident in the Japanese restaurant "spice." We had a party of 11 and they seperate a us, none of cares because we had good company all around but we did asked if the tables we were siting at that were side by side could be pushed together since there was more than enough room on the floor to do so. After that the servers were purposely avoiding us. We did not get drink refills. No one came to check on us after we got our meals. No one asked if we would like desert, which we did. Servers would grab a dish from our table and run away or look up at our table and quickly look down or noticeably avoid servicing anyone our our table after seeing that we were all lookin at them in need of service. I understand in all included and we were not paying for our food but we were more than willing to tip and did at every other place we went to. Other than that the good was very good.

I would not recommend this resort. The staff are rude and at times unprofessional. I was happy to spend time to my friends, but I will never stay at this resort again. The experience makes me not even want to come back to the Dominican Republic.

Great Vacation

This hotel is by far one of the best. The rooms are spacey and very clean. Mini fridge in the room that is filled with soda, water and beer. It is filled daily. Room service is 24hrs. The staff is SUPER friendly. The waiter Pedrito at Capers is by far the best waiter. He made us feel right at home. All staff was friendly and cordial. But he was great. We were a group of 19. He took good care of us. There are several pools. If you're looking for a quiet relaxed pool then garden pool is for u. But if you're looking for entertainment and more of a party atmosphere then the main pool is for you. The swim up bars are great. The bartenders are awesome. I had a few that went above and beyond to make sure I was having a good time. Martinez, Juan, Ignacio and they're supervisor Orlando. They made me all kinds of different drinks. You can tell they love their job. Happy, upbeat and out going. The food at the restaurants were all good. Spice had a great dinner show. They cook right in front of you. At the beach they have a small bar for you to enjoy instead walking to the pool area. Very convenient. All non- motorized activities are included. The hotel offered entertainment nightly. They gave u a newsletter every night letting u know what was going on. The club was a lot of fun. It got really hot up there. But what can you expect. It's the weather. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone. 👍👍

Pros: The hotel overall was very nice,the help was awesome, from the maids,to the waiters,and the guys on the beach. They were on point.
Cons: the food, was a little lacking
Location: The location was very good.
Our room smelled like mildew, our entire stay. Upon check in was waiting for one person to check us in, had to finally say are you kidding me. It's taking this long to check in.

Nice hotel and staff

Pros: Staff, rooms, swimming pool, restaurants
Cons: Definitely the disco. It looks like a disco from a rural community.
The hotel is very nice, and the staff as well. The a-la-carte restaurants are nice and good food. The disco needs a revamp It's very basic, and hot as hell (and I live in the DR). Not even a single ceiling fan, let alone a/c. Besides that, everything is fine.

All inclusive review

Pros: The pools were the best part of the resort.
Cons: The bar was very limited. Invest in some top shelf booze, available to all, not only the preferred. All of the bars and eateries only had one option.
Location: There were plenty of things to do. In comparison to the other all inclusive vacations most things were way over priced.
This was the worst all inclusive I have ever been to. The check in took over 6 hours, and I did not have the room I was supposed to have for two days after I arrived. Most of the staff spoke absolutely no English. Approaching the staff for assistance was pointless, they spoke no English, or would tell you to"wait" and than never return. The hotel was not very handicap accessible, making it very hard for the rest of my family (we had one with wheelchair). We were there for a wedding. The wedding planner missed the rehearsals and messed up the wedding photos. The food was also very poor. My camera was stolen. The resort was beautiful but by far the worst service and food I have ever had in an all inclusive trip. However, two employees were amazing, friendly and very helpful on this over all very stressful and uncomfortable trip. Cesar - front desk, & Isabella - entertainment, were absolutely great!
