Pros: The customer service here is amazing!! Everyone is friendly, hard working and their to give you a 5 star experience
Cons: This place is more a wedding/couples resort be prepared for lots of weddings happening!
Location: The beach is beautiful, lots of bars and places to eat. We went to Coco Bongo and got picked up from the resort and taken back & a buggies excursion
I enjoyed our stay at the NOW it had amazing hotel staff, always clean and food was good. Make sure you visit the lobby bar and say hi to Kalvin he is the best bartender ever! This place is more of a couples resort with tons of beautiful weddings going on all the time. The food is really good with lots of choices and bars. Everything is clean all the time they are always maintaining the resort over night. There is 1 club on the resort, night and day entertainment a casino, gift shops. There is lots of excursions to pick from. The entertainment team works really hard and does an amazing job! I have no complains about the NOW it was the best all inclusive trip I have been on.

Pros: Very friendly staff, very accommodating. Beach was well maintained and there were always beach huts available.
We originally were supposed to stay in the room with a garden view. That room was not centrally located to the rest of the resort. Must take a tram or walk quite a distance. Upgraded my room for $60 and it was worth it! Unfortunately the balcony overlooked a dirt road with an abundance of liter. I am surprised the resort doesn't maintain that since there guests are viewing that. Another thing that was disappointing was the rstuaruant right next to the pool and beach are for Members Only. On a hot, sunny day you don't want to be told that you can't eat somewhere on the grounds because you are not a VIP Member. The buffet was far from the pool and ocean where the rest of the visitors had to eat.

Muy buena estadía en Punta Cana

Pros: Me gustaron los restaurants temáticos, la playa, aunque a veces haya un poco de algas que molestan.
Cons: Sugiero que el carrito que viene del Garden llegue a un punto mas cercano a la playa.
Location: La ubicación es muy buen en Babaro
El hotel es muy lindo, tengan en cuenta que las habitaciones que dicen "Garden", están en un anexo bastante alejado de la playa y que para acceder a la playa y la mayoría de las instalaciones del hotel hay que usar el servicio de carritos de translado. Si bien esto es una incomodidad, la zona del "Garden" nos resultó mas tranquila y las habitaciones son mas modernas. Como sugerencia les diría que el carrito debería poder llegar a un punto mas cercano a la playa y no solo al lobby principal del hotel, tras el cual se debe recorrer como 500mts hasta poder llegar a la playa, esto es mas notorio para familias con chicos chiquitos como nosotros o mayores para los cuales el trayecto es muy largo.

Definitely upgrade to preferred, you get free wifi and access to all the restaurants and pools (though they hardly checked). I love everything from how close the beach was to the resort, to the different restaurants, the assortment of pools, the hammocks in one of the pools, the swim up bars, activities, beach chairs, and the market by the beach. The only thing I didn't love, as much as I tried to was the food. My friends were fine, but my stomach couldn't handle the food there.

Was disappointed with the 3x cancellation of most scheduled activities with very lame reason.The guy on the beach teaching aerobics was great. Juan on buffet dining and Rosalba on concierge were there best asset.

Pros: The Entertainment Team and activities.
We thoroughly enjyed our stay at NOW Larimar Punta Cana. The staff was great...always upbeat, friendly, smiling and willinging to please in any way possible. This was a great family friendly atmosphere with great entertainment. I wish WiFi options were different; I think $25 for 24 hours was not reasonable. But we did without. One small issue with our iron in the room, in which was not able to be resolved because the 2nd iron we were given had the same problem. We made due without. The beach area was pretty except, lots of seaweed in the water and on the shore. Not sure that could be controlled. Overall though, loved every minute and would definitely recommend to others.

Pros: Beautiful grounds and great service.
Location: Great location with great beach & shopping & golf nearby.
We returned on April 5th from a 10 day stay at the Now Larimar Resort in Punta Cana. We had a great Vacation from check-in to check-out! We went to every restaurant and have no complaints about food or service. The staff were exceptional, including our Butler Geraldino & bartender Antonio Banderas. The beach is beautiful and staff work hard to keep it clean. Thank-you to Expedia for my great Gold + Rewards card, which allowed us a wonderful room upgrade that we were VERY pleased with :)

Great resort for families

The resort has a great entertainment staff and a ton of things to do for kids. The kids in our group ranged from ages 8-13. The food and drinks were good. I would definitely recommend paying for the preferred upgrade so you are close to the beach and pools. We would definitely go back.
