“great value”

Excellent value for what we paid. Great Neighbourhood. You can walk everywhere.

“Friendly Staff, great location near Los Muertos”

We stay here every Dec. Same great service and very friendly/helpful staff. Wifi is available throughout most of the 3 Los Arcos hotels, though this year was a little slow and unreliable. 1 time for this issue, otherwise a nice stay with excellent beach and front desk service. We'll definitely stay here again, as the location is perfect for walking thru old town and centro

Area recommendations
Olas Altas, Los Muertos if you like a traditional Mexican experience. If you want a more contemporary, resort type of a facility, stay north of town. If you want the most friendly staff and great atmosphere, stay here.

“Best place in PV.”

Staff was excellent, very helpful, went out of their way to get us stuff and make calls for you, help you with pesos change. Just an extrodinary group of workers. Felt very safe in neighborhood. rooms very big and kitchenettes. Only one problem is shower head in our room was not working proper. Pools at all three resorts were very clean and not crowded at all. Family oriented for all three resorts. Will go back to this one for sure.

Safe, close to shopping and the best restaurants in the area.
What to pack
Laundry shops close and very reasonable.
Must see
PV Zoo. Get to hold the animals and play with the tigers and lions and monkeys. Very clean and close up with the animals.

“Good value basic hotel”

We have stayed at the Los Arcos Suites twice now and find it very good. We have a two young boys and want enough space, a basic kitchenette and balcony in a very clean, safe, quiet hotel and of course in an excellent area for a good price. The Los Arcos Suites ticks all those boxes for us. A perfect example of what a 2-3 star hotel should be.

Romantic district is ideal because everything you need is within a couple of blocks ie. beach, great restaurants, markets, entertainment, services, shopping, Saturday Farmers Market and the Malecon

“"Once in a lifetime vacation"”

Everything was beautiful and perfect. The airconditioning in the first room they gave us didn't hold up to "my standards," so the staff offered us the choice of several of the more elegant suites. I turned down the elegant suites and settled on a cozy suite at the end of the hotel. It was private and everything was perfect. I wish that I was still there, without a worry in the world....

“Loved Los Arcos Suites and Casa Susana”

A wonderful experience to be in an old town atmosphere.

Area recommendations
I loved old town PV. I'd go to the farmers' market, bakeries and restaurants- I never needed to leave the neighborhood.

“Los Arcos Suite”

The hotel add does not differentiated clearly between the Hotel Los Arcos which is by the beach and the Arcos Suites which are a block away . Although, the suites are equipped with coffee maker, stove and fridge, no complementary coffee or sugar or te, were available. In addition, parking was difficult and inconvenient. The suites are well suited for long stay, short stays are a little difficult because parking.

Area recommendations
downtown Puerto Vallarta, historical, art galleries and all over the malecon(break water). Friendly people, good restaurants, many amenities along the beach.
