This all-inclusive Puerta Vallarta resort offers 337 spacious, air-conditioned guestrooms and suites in two 11-story white towers with terra-cotta-colored tile roofs. Tropical décor in all rooms and suites includes textured white walls and ceilings, pale floors, and richly colored fabrics. Amenities include jumbo-size toiletries.

The Main Tower at Dreams Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa houses deluxe rooms, some with balconies and others with floor-to-ceiling windows. Balconies are not guaranteed but all rooms provide views of Banderas Bay. The newer Club Tower houses Junior Suites. All suites face the ocean and special amenities include bathrobes and slippers, as well as concierge services.

El Patio - Mexican cuisine with à la carte service for dinner. Contains the Salón Michoacán at its center, which serves dinner in a traditional Mexican atmosphere, with live mariachi music. “Had a wonderful vacation at Dreams Puerto vallarta”

We have been to many all inclusive resorts in mexico and the services at Dreams Puerto vallarta is second to none. Guests at the resorts do not have to wear the wrist band and do not have to make reservation for any of the specialty restaurants. The food was delicious. We also enjoyed many fun activities such as rock climbing, jungle trekking, boogie boarding, kayaking, bungee trampoline for kids .... and the coolest of all : releasing the baby turtles each evening on the beach. Overall, we had a great vaction and would not hesitate to reccomend this resort to everyone.

“Great for the price”

People who rate this hotel poorly need to stay at a more expensive resort. This is an excellent bargin for the money. The food is good, the service is great, and the beach is very nice. It is also only a 50 peso cab ride into town, so shopping and visiting PV is easy. The downfalls are, the pools are not great and the resort facilities are a little old. But overall if you are a beach person I would recomend this resort.

“4 times and still loving it.”

Best resort in all of PV. We have been 4 times to dreams PV and still love it. My wife and I go there every November. It has won lots of awards over the years for food and for its beach. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking at relaxing and if you want great food. Lots of Volleyball with the great dreams adventure team. Especially Tony.We will be going back again next year.

“Dreams Puerto Vallarta”

First time at an All Inclusive. It was a fabulous experience. Upon arrival we were greated with hot towels and champagne. The food exceeded my expectations in all of the restaurants. The fact that the kids could order smoothies, kids cocktails, ice cream and help them selves was a great peace of mind and wallet. Beach magnificent, premises just gorgeous, staff wonderful. All in all it was a fabulous experience and I would go again!! Something else worth mentioning was the professional photo opportunity. No sitting fee, beautiful family photos on the beach at sunset, and each picture 8x6 only cost $15. We purchased ours on a disc and we got a couple for free.

“Best family resort!”

So many things to do in one very convenient, beautiful and luxurious location. Good food at the restaurants, snack bar and room service. Always a drink to be found - bars, waiters, restaurants all over. Organized games, crafts, movies on the beach every night. Fiestas on the sand, baby turtle releases, swimming next to manta rays, kayaking. Nice gym facility, tennis courts - too many nice things I can't recall them all. We have been to Mexico 10+ times and this trip was the best overall experience. Highly recommend for families. Maybe not the best for young singles but still would be a great "home base" to stay and play even for just the day time activities and amenities and head downtown for club nights.

“The "Dreamiest" all inclusive”

My wife and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary at Dreams Puerto Vallarta. Out of all the hotels we've stayed at this was the best. We enjoyed the fact that our room is just above the beach. In fact every room has an obstructed view of the ocean. The food and quality of service is second to none. There are 4 ala carte restaurants and none disappointed. The location of this resort is what makes it so special. It is secluded by rock cliffs leaving the patrons with a personalized hideaway. This form of privacy along with a great beach makes this all inclusive so special. This is not to say that everytyhing went perfectly but overall we were very impressed. I met numerous couples who have returned to this resort on an almost annual basis. Now I know why.

When to go

Go in November up to and including early December. The weather ranges from 84-88 F (28-32 C). It is not too overcrowded and you avoid the Spring Breakers. The ticket prices are still affordable at that time and the hotel still has some ample occupancy.

“Energetic Staff Made Our Stay”

Dreams was our first all-inclusive resort experience. We thought it was a great value for the price and were very happy with the hotel, the food and the variety of activities available. Although there are probably fancier hotels, this resort met all of our needs and more and was clean, the staff were outgoing and friendly and the entertainment kept us from ever being bored. We really liked the tennis clinics, boogie boarding in the ocean and rock climbing, which were all included. The best part of the hotel is it's staff who seem to really enjoy and care about their jobs and guests.
