“worst hotel I have every been to.”
The hotel is very dirty. There were bugs coming out of the sink. There were bees in the drinking station and flyies all over the food. The food was cold. There was no water for purchase.
“Affordable Fun”
My family and I actually enjoyed this resort! It is no 5 star by any means, but is very nice if you want to meet other local families on their vacation. The staff was very gracious and helpful. Always willing to help you if needed. There were lots of activities setup by the hotel. If you were interested in the night life, they had the nightly hookup of discos and discounts. My 20 year old son and his 2 friends went out every night to the clubs and hardly payed a cent to go because of the resort. There was just so much for them to do. The one negative thing were the beds and pillows, both very hard.
“convenient location and good beach”
very few Americans/caters to Mexican population. Beach was good but only 2 umbrellas. Only real complaint is the fact that restaurant does not open until 7 a.m. No way to get a cup of coffee any earlier
“Yikes, cold showers!”
I can't even say the service was bad, there was was no service at all. The food was never warm enough. The shower was always cold. The beach was dirty. The music at the pool was to loud. It was not a good value for your dollar,I wish I would have picked a different hotel.
“comfortable”
We liked Cost Club. It wasn't deluxe, but for us we enjoyed it. The staff were very nice. The place was clean. The food and drinks were excellent. We plan to return. It was just 8 minites bus ride from downtown, which only costs about a nickle. The buses run every 5 minutes or so. The cost to the airport by taxi about 8 dollars.
“Really impressed!”
Great stay, our family would go back in a second! In fact we are talking about taking our extended family on holidays to this hotel. Def a family friendly hotel. Staff are great! from the front desk (specially young guy at front desk) Concierge sent us on an amazing romantic dinner in a restaurant in town! she made reservations and set us up with a patio table! greatest dinner experience!!! all bartenders and chefs and pool staff...everyone was amazing... entertainment team was great, fun but knows when to let you be...great stay (not for those looking for north american luxury but looking for a fun filled family adventure)
“never again”
this hotel is for people who have children.not for couples. very noisy daY and nite. food is average. nothing special. pool was always full of kiddies so we never used it. will not stay here again . also rooms very shaby
“cant wait to go back had awesome tim a hotel”
i have no tips and sugestion i liked every bit of it
“Great price, good time”
Nice hotel, very nice staff.. I suggest participating in tequilla volleyball haha its a good time. Smooth trip and great times all together.
“Would go back again”
For the price we were satisfied and would go back there again. Centrally located, fifteen minute bus ride to the main shopping area and twenty minute taxi ride to airport.
