"This was a perfect place for me and my family to spend time together, it’s very safe quiet and easy to get anywhere by foot or by local transportation. Food was great! Lots of options! Great pools, great beach and the staff was second to none! We really enjoyed our 9 days here! "

"This resort was a total surprise to me. The location was perfect, just a short 20min walk or (60$ peso taxi) to the Malecon.
The pools are wonderful. The resort is super clean. Food has so much flavour and lots of variety. Now for the best part, the staff. They are all so amazing. Every single person we walked past or spoke to were so pleasant. Whether you were in the elevator or just wandering the grounds, every single person greeted you. I am trying to learn Spanish and was encouraged by everyone I practiced with (everyone lol). We went to La Villita restaurant (buffet) was the place we went to most as the food choices as well as the flavour was so delish! Everyone is so friendly but we want to mention 3 in particular. Oliveria, Ringo and Pamela. (Thank you so much for all the Spanish lessons, as well as the laughs!)
The Mexican people are for sure the nicest we have met as well, their sense of humour is the best!
Please, please ensure you account for tipping when travelling, the staff work their behinds off to ensure your vacation is unforgettable. Sara and her family that are just outside the grounds on the beach are so wonderful as well. I purchased a blanket and Sara braided my hair twice. She is so lovely, and is a new friend that I will definitely keep in touch with!
The resort was great, but the staff made it unforgettable!
Didn’t care for the beach, I know that is just the way it is. But that was the only negative. Would go back for sure!"

"Clean and modern with plenty of electrical outlets for charging gadgets. The Alamo rental office is just a few doors down, and the airport is very close by.
The parking situation was confusing. They have a parking lot behind the building, but it was padlocked. There also seemed to be a parking deck but I couldn't find the entrance amid the one-way streets. When I asked where to park, the manager offered to let me remain overnight in one of the few spaces by the front door used for checking in. That was gracious, and I was happy to accept, but I would expect parking drama if we stayed again."
