Rooms did not look anything like the pictures on site. Room was not dusted and had blood on bathroom wall as well as rusting fixtures.

The staff there are very friendly and they were able to accommodate me both times I was there within the same week. Awesome job to the one that helped me and I’m definitely going there again!

If u do better in the Beeadfast area will be excellent because the Breadfast it’s way to expensive for what they serve and fix the restaurant will be great at least until midnight

Nice but quite a run down hotel. Everything was very clean although age showed specially in the bathroom fixtures. Staff was very friendly.

El staff y personal de limpieza son muy amables, la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones. Los puntos negativos, la bañera era muy resbalosa y no tenía antideslizante ni alfombra en goma. Mi esposa sufrió una caída en la bañera y mi hija y yo resbalamaos y estuvimos a punto de caer.

The ceiling had black mold, the pool was closed the entire 5 nights of our stay, the bathroom door knob was broken and trapped me in the restroom, the water pressure was terrible, the dryer was out of order, the rooms don't have a microwave, they have coffee pots with no coffee, and the ice container is dirty.... Terrible.

When we arrived our room ac wasn’t working so they upgraded us . The new room was amazing , clean and ac was freezing cold. Staff was very nice and accommodating with our every need . The pool was nice and parking made us feel safe . I didn’t like how they didn’t allow my boyfriend to visit me in the hotel . A hotel is to enjoy it with ur partner but they said if he came in my room they charge me an extra $25 that was disappointing. Other than that hotel was good

Staff was great and helpful. You def get what you pay for. But this hotel def needs an update. Has a lot of potential just needs some TLC. Had a sewer smell lingering. One of our lamps didn’t work, rusting on a bathroom mirror, and sheets had stains. We enjoyed the pool, laundry on site, and using the microwave on the first floor.

Very outdated. No visitors allowed, not even in the lobby, nor to use the bathroom. The host was rude about it and told my daughter and son in law to leave. They came in to assist me and my husband. He is visually impaired and I am disabled. We had to pay extra for the to be allowed to help us, so we told them to stay because they changed our room to a double beds and we were told they can. When we arrived in the room, the toilet was not flushed (#2) and was not functioning and dirty. When I called the front desk, and told them of the situation I was informed that they will do an investigation and relocate us if it was verified. (REALLY!) They relocated us, truly a hassle. The mini refrigerator was locatefon the floor the TV was very small maybe a 36 inch. Not a nice room. The pool was not clean it had alot of bugs and the jacuzzi didn't have a steppin/sitting area inside of it, so it was deep making it difficult to get in and out of it. There were no safety rails, and you had to sit in the bottom of it, the jets weren't working, no bubbles here. It was not relaxing, more like stressful. I will not recommend any one. Don't waste your money here!
