“Cheap & Safe & close to the beach”

It's a budget hotel, it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful I felt safe. The location was great only 2 blocks from the beach....I will be going back for sure...

“Excellent value, great service”

I enjoyed my brief stay here immensely, especially because of the great service. The room was fine, and the hotel is very close to both thte beach and the airport. The only negative point is that I got charged twice for the room, but I don't know if this is the hotel's fault or Expedia's... I would definitely consider staying there again if this doesn't happen next time.

“Great place for great price”

It was a great experience. The staff was really helpful and nice. They don't have refrigerators in the rooms but they have an ice machine at the second floor. The location is just perfect: 3 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes away of all kinds of known fast food chains, access to public transportation (which is really inexpensive), really close to the airport. Nightlife within walking distance. Casino, bars, restaurants. The only bad thing was the hotel restaurant. Overpriced terrible food.But again, there are all kinds of restaurants 5 minutes walking. It's a perfect budget getaway.

For the price and wlking distance to the beach this hotel was a good deal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall everything was clean. The elevator sometime opens 1-2 inches below or above the floor but once you learn to watch your stepp it's not a problem. Another thing I liked was the free parking. I recomend this hotel if you just want a place close to the beach.

“Will come back”

I was kind of scared of this place but when i went it was really good. Didnt hear the airplanes that much. People were really nice. Room is always clean when we came back to our room. I would go back to that hotel again. I was there for a week. The only thing i can complain about is the shower towels. your only to have 2 towels in the room.

We stayed there for one night pre-cruise, not bad worth the money, no bugs, no dirt, was pretty clean, windows in the washnroom were kinda weird but overall it was worth the money we spent. the front desk was very helpful when we asked questions, even gave us a map and pointed out interesting things to do for the night.

There weren't anything to really see around the hotel and far away from local resturants but was a bit disappointed by the fact was away from the beach and had to walk like five minutes to get to it and when we did was dirty and not a nice view. But the hotel was very accomodating and they helped us all very much with all our questions and problems. We liked the staff and the resturant attached next to it.

The location of the hotel was good....many restaurants and close to the beach. Need good transportation to get to Old San Juan from area of this hotel....other than that the employees were helpful amd pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
