I am writing to you regarding the itinerary mentioned below which I recently purchased from you. I have booked all my hotel stays and flights with you for years and have never ever had a problem. You are definitely my go to online travel agents.
However I can not overemphasize my disappointment on this particular reservation. If nothing else you can prevent other loyal tourists from experiencing what I did. This hotel needs to be shut down. It was disgustingly dirty, old, and unfit for guests. From broken toilets, to broken ice machine, commune refridgerator that had not been cleaned out in weeks as such advised by the maintenance worker, window locks that were broken and probably the icing on the cake would have to have been the hole in the wall where the smoke detector should of been. I was accompanied by my partner and have never been so embarrassed in all of my travel days. I am requesting some type of compensation from Expedia as I would like to think that you stand behind the hotels you help promote and book on your site. I have attached pictures of my room
