Staff was great, wonderful to have access to lots of bottled water, kitchen with a microwave and toaster oven, with a common room. Price much better than others in the area, very close to the beach- 300 ft. Downside floors were sandy on our arrival and not cleaned the next day, towels were not changed.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I found blood right by the toilet flush handle and in the shower curtain I had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get hot water. The place is completely not acceptable to stay hygiene was very poor.

Front desk was rude. No water available to drink even though it’s advertised that they supply it. Our towels were all dirty with yellow stains on them. Shower and sink did not have hot water and when asked about it I was told “I don’t know what to tell ya.”

The staff is wonderful. It is a very clean budget conscious property but could use some upgrades regarding noise. It comes from the street, neighbors, microwave in common area , etc

No WiFi. No hot water. No soap. Paper thin walls so we heard screaming and puking outside all night. We left after one horrible night. I want a refund.

Boriquen Inn is the small hidden gem around all the luxurious hotels in Isla Verde. It’s not fancy, it’s very basic, clean, reasonable, and consistent service. Beach 500 feet away! Close to everything, restaurant, pharmacy, rents a car, etc…

Ofrecemos servicio de limpieza al tercer dia, pero si el servicio se pide, con mucho gusto se le brinda al huesped. Nos disculpamos por no informarle sobre el servicio de la limpieza y por la inconveniencia del jardinero. Esperamos que vuelva pronto.

The location was fantastic. Check in was easy and free parking next door. As we only staying for one night and earlier flight, we chose this for accommodation because it was fair price with descent comments. However, it was really noisy on the Saturday we stayed. Police sirens, party people and another travelers coming and leaving. The walls is thin and don’t keep sounds from the hallway at wall. So we had a restless night.

Hello Yan Yes we are located in the center of Isla Verde where you'll find Delicious restaurantes and steps away from the beach. As mentioned we are in a very turist area which might get a bit noisy at times but its adjustable. We are curtainly working on improvements to our small inn to better our guests experience.

Good for one night
Easy place to stay for one night after arriving late into airport. Very safe behind gate, with a 24-hour attendant to let you in. Walgreens across the street for anything you need, plus fast-food and local restaurants. Right next to the public access for the beach. Bare furnishings, but adequate for a night.
