Pros: la tranquilité et le service.
Cons: le tarif sur le site était pour la chambre seulement alors que l'offre parles de tout inclus, ce point devrait être mis en évidance,
Location: pour 2 jours seulement noussommes demeuré à l'hotel.
l'endroit et le service est bien. Les repas offrent un choix assez varier. Bien entendue la période de l'année avait les restaurants é la carte fermé du au faible taux d'occupation en cet période de l'année.

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Absolutely everything starting from the rooms down to the staff especially starting with the staff.
Location: By the beach, nothing to do nearby.
The service in this resort was terrible we booked two rooms in which one of the rooms had a horrible stench to it and were then moved two more times after that because either one had no working shower or toilet or the other had no working phone, resulting in three room relocations in the course on one week. In that time the front-desk service staff became very frustated with us that on one occassion resulted in name calling. The price we paid apparently didn't include fresh linens for the bed, a clean pool because the pool was always filthy, not a good variety of food, and limited drink options because they were always running out. Overall it was the worst experience ever had at a so-called four star resort and should even be shut-down.

Not all inclusive

We paid for an all inclusive package that included food, the receptionist upon checking In tried to charge us more money to include the food. We decided not to fight about it but it put a bad taste in my mouth to pay for a service and not receive it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME if you are wanting to have an all inclusive vacation. This place was a dump and I'm sad I wasted vacation time there.

Pros: The staff was friendly, the beach was beautiful, there were enjoyable activities daily.
Cons: The quality of the food and the night shows can be improved.
Location: The location was nice
The food was not good, they advertised 4 restaurants in the facility and only one restaurant was open during our stay. Additionally, there was not an impressive amount of nightly entertainment.

Pros: The staff, the pool and the beach.
Cons: The hotel should pay their employees on time in order to maintain a decent level of service
My experience was overall pleasing as the staff was attentive and always responsive to please us as I purchased the VIP from Forest Beach Club. However, something that I found very disturbing and that gives the hotel and the brand a bad reputation is that the hotel does NOT pay their employees on time. As I speak Spanish and always converse with the locals, all the staff ended up telling me that on the 27th of May they had not yet gotten paid when they should have received their pay on the 15th. This speaks loud words of the way the hotel treats their staff and how employers treat their employees in the DR. They cannot expect to have returning foreign customers if they do not pay their staff on time. They should not expect to have the ability to bring new or returning business if they do not pay their employees on time. I would like to hear that this gets corrected and that employees receive their pay and fair treatment. I did receive good service from all the staff there.
