This hotel is a must if your looking to stay somewhere central. Hotel doesn't have parking and if you're renting a car that might be a deal breaker but there is parking half a block away for a surcharge. Other than that hotel is really comfortable. Staff is great and amicable. Wifi all over the building (NO-SURCHARGE) which is awesome. Is kept very clean and I can't stretch this enough is close to many attractions and museums. No longer than a 15 min walk to many of this places. I would definetly recommend it.
A good hostel in a quiet location(but initially difficult to find). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, clean and compact. There was no lift, but the receptionist offered to carry our 2 heavy cases to our room. No problems with internet/wi-fi. Airconditiong unit did start to drip in the night.

I was on a brief trip through Madrid, with my 2 children and husband after being in Barcelona. We found this hotel conveniently located near historic sites, shopping and good restaurants. The staff, especially Angela at the front desk, was especially knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is modern and luxurious. We had no problems with noise as mentioned in previous reviews. The gym is well supplied with water and snacks which was convenient for our family.
We had a 2 day stay here and would definitely stay here again. If I was staying longer in Madrid, I might look for a hotel with a pool because we have children, but for our brief stay it was perfect. I recommend this for all Madrid travelers, including those with children.

We stayed in room 608 which had a good sized balcony. I was initially disappointed on arrival as we paid for a superior room with a terrace and I had expected a terrace like the one in the photographs with a full length lounger and instead received a smaller balcony with two wooden chairs. Once I got over that though I really enjoyed our balcony. The room itself was good sized and comfortable. The en-suite was a good size and had bathrobes which is unusual for a 3* hotel. The hotel was in an excellent location. Step out of the subway and straight into the hotel. It was extremely close to the Plaza Mayor and there was a fabulous bakery across the road and we would highly recommend the Museo de Jamon in the next street for breakfast €6.50 for both of us! We didn't try the food in the hotel and we weren't bothered by noise at all. Good wifi coverage too and pleasant check in.
