The gentlemen at the front desk was very rude! There was a huge stain on the carpet in the room. The same gentlemen was at the front desk the next morning and was still an unpleasant jerk. Sad customer service. ( went there 2 nights before and a male and a female worker showed up FINALLY after ringing the bell for assistance. ) Great customer service makes a huge difference.

Good for the price. Could be a bit cleaner but not terrible. The overnight office guy was very helpful and very nice. Only hiccup was the heater and microwave didn't work and they didn't offer to move us. He did try to find a portable heater but didn't have one. But other than that minor thing it was decent.

It smelt dusty in the room. I don't think the carpet had been vacuumed for awhile. The bathroom counter, taps, hair dryer needed cleaning. The door frames also were not cleaned. There was some big rust spots in the bath tub. I liked the shutters on the window instead of drapes.

There were urine stains on the bed, bed cover and pillow. The front desk went to sleep and there was no way of reaching anyone to replace the beddings. Next morning I requested to have room service change out the bedding. Nobody came and after I returned late from work and meetings I was stuck in the same terribe circumstance for the 2nd night. The front desk said to call the manager but there is no phone number. I received an email to contact. The carpet was sticky and grimy too..i never took my shoes off because it was so aweful and I would have been better off sleeping in my car. Do not stay there.

Beds seemed clean but the room didn’t. Needs a remodel bad. Police were there when we checked in, didn’t make us feel safe. Bathroom badly needs a remodel, rust stains etc. no cable tv that seems like it should be standard? Would not stay here again.

The front desk staff was wonderful, check-in was swift and overall interaction was very pleasant. The location leaves a lot to be desired, frequent loitering of unsavory types and bullet casings were scattered in the parking lot. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but we slept with the shades cracked so we could keep an eye on our vehicle.

The hotel was good for what we paid. Beds were comfy and the heat/ac worked well. The carpet had a few stains. The breakfast was cereal, waffles, and toast. It was fine for our quick, one night stay.

I come here often, this time I was sleeping with my boyfriend when someone unlocked my door and tried to walk in at 6am in the morning ? They were unsuccessful due to the latch lock at the top thank god lol. This was a convenient place to stay very cheap. Only gave low rating because key cards messed up and tub was clogged had to use separate room to shower and no compensation was offered fornthe troubles

Great stay, would stay again. Would recommend.
Everything about our stay went well. Staff was friendly very quick with any needs we had. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Other than highway noise it was really relatively quiet while we were there. No concerns with safety. We would stay again without question.

This place was Ramada they changed the sign to Travelodge, its in a rough area and hasnt been updated in years, they will try to charge extra fees for things that were already cleaned/damaged in room because all of the rooms are damaged

First of all we didn't get the room we paid for. You want to sleep whenever you the bed was broke how to sleep with your head at the bottom of the bed.The bathroom was dirty had to clean the floor had to buy bleach cleaner to clean the tub. Globs of hair came out the drain as I was taking a bath. And I thought the first time I stood here was bad there was no locks on the doors no towels no blankets no pillows had no choice to stay there there was two feet of snow outside and all the rooms were booked. What did you say I guess the only good thing was getting the room for $50 a night by booking through Expedia. The management wouldn't even offer me a discount on my room. Therefore if this is the last place for you to stay go to the next town. It was much better when it was the Ramada. And motel 6 is just down the road cleaner cheaper and better service.
