“Impressive Service, good comfort, nice grounds”

Pros: Room and hotel well maintained, very attractive. Staff members were very attentive and helpful at all times. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had ample space, outside pool was heated, play area for kids on the hotel grounds. Food and service at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Cons: Outlets were linked to switches on the wall and were tricky to figure out, ordering internet service was ok the first time, but when I needed additional time, the online site couldn't do that so had to call front desk. Only place to sit in the room was on the bed or at the desk chair- would have liked an arm chair for reading. Seemed a bit far to the city center, but Taxi rides weren't too expensive- around 75 pesos.

Area recommendations

There are so many places to see you can't recommend just one- all will have something beautiful. The happening place is Zocalo- the city center which has many nice places to see, places to eat, places to shop. Cholula is also very pretty.

People at front-desk and employees in general were very nice, they gave us an up-grade in a very nice executive area.
