Beautiful, pet friendly hotel with impeccable cleanliness. Staff in the bat were very kind and helpful. Only downside as a dog owner is that there wasn’t a pet friendly patio or something so you could enjoy a meal and a few drinks with your pooch!

The hotel is nice. They need to put more coffee in the room. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was hot and uncomfortable most of the night. You can’t open the windows because the air quality is terrible because of the constant smoke producing volcano nearby. The smoke was horrible. All in all, it’s a vey good hotel for the money. Staff is very nice.

Friendly staff the food is so good. Covid measures are strictly followed. We just love it here. We stay 2 weeks every year. Very quiet and close to the mall, movie theaters and restaurants

I will definitely stay here again when in Puebla
The hotel and rooms are really nice. The restaurant has very tasty food, especially the buffet on Sundays and service could not be better. I also used the free self park in the parking lot next to the restaurant where it was safe. My only suggestion is to offer more vegetarian options on the a-la-carte menu and I find the beeds a little hard but I always do in all hotels. There is a Walmart next door and lots of plazas, stores and restaurants around as the area is very commercial. Great stay

Comfort in a traditional Puebla style
Very nice and quite. Very kind and helpful staff. gorgeous traditional Pueblan details. Nice tube, but a little exposed, need more privacy for the tube bath. Nice nreakfast at the restaurant. Some parts of the bathroom a little bit rusty, need a bit of maintenance.

Amazingly clean! The room had a seal to ensure H&S. Room throughout was impecable clean... remote controls had also a seal to guaranteed being disinfected. There were courtesy sanitized wipes and gel. Hotel facilities excellent. Hotel location is perfectly centrally located but yet hotel premises very private and spacious. Very pleased

The hotel is very nice, big rooms, excellent location if you want a quiet time. The breakfast buffet is delicious and I liked it that it is included in the price. The staff of the horel is very professional and helpful.

the Suite Governador is large and very comfortable. Nice talavera decorations. They have an exhibit of murals at the walls of the corridors that is sensational. The restauran has very good food and the staff are really very friendly and professional. Big trees surround all the property is very peaceful.

Nice stay at this hotel. Beds can be improved
Great stay at this fancy hotel, but the bed was extremely hard and I could not sleep. Asked for a mattress pad, but they don't provide those. The rest of the place was excellent including the food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, but there are very few vegetarian options in the menu at night. People are very friendly and helpful. Very nice room. I will most likely stay here again because my wife like it so much, but my back will suffer.
