“Great Location”

The Hotel is in a great location; just across the street from el Zocalo, la Catedral and the Governor's palace. There's lots of places to shop at, eat at and visit nearby. The only real downside to this hotel are the rock hard mattresses.

Area recommendations

Anywhere near el Zocalo is a great place to stay. There's lots of colonial architecture to see, lots of great places to eat at, and all sorts of shops all within walking distance. Take the double-decker buss tour that departs from el Zocalo; you'll drive through some great neighborhoods and spot places to visit as you walk through the city.

Shopping

Head to el callejon de los sapos for local artwork and handcrafts There's also a handcrafts mercado within walking distance from el callejon de los sapos that's worth visiting. The streets near the mercado are lined with shops specializing in talavera pottery.

“Nice hotel in the center of the city.”

The room I had was small, but had everything I need. It's not for tall people, but this is a common problem in Mexico. The room was cleaned carefully. The only thing I didn't like was the leaking drain at the sink. You can get good food in this hotel and they have a nice breakfast buffet. If I have to visit Puebla again (which is very likely), I probably will stay in this hotel again.

“The service in very good but the bathroom issues is not very confortables”

The service is excelent, but needs firts confirm the reservations and the pay with expedia because the hotel request forms or the sheet of the payment the services when the services is provide of internet, and in theory the service is most simple for the costumer.
