All was good EXCEPT the heating system in the room was too loud.

We choose Marriott hotels because we have been consistently pleased with what we get. This Courtyard was clean and the staff accomodated our requests. I can recommend this hotel. One thing though, it seemed like a rather large hotel to have only 2 luggage carts for the whole place.

I would never stay anywhere else in Provo. The staff was extremely friendly and very responsive.
“Expected more from a Marriott”
Upon entry into the room I felt the air was extremly dry because the HVAC unit stays running regardless of whether the room is at the designated temperature. This made it very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep, as my nasal pasages were completely dried out. Dried urine on the toilet from the previous guest didn't make me too happy. It is not like it was in a hard to see spot, it was on the front of the seat. Any remote attempt to wipe down the toilet would have caught it. 2 pubic hairs in the shower/bath. I used the shower head to flush it down the drain. Once again, any remote attempt to spray down the shower prior to new guests coming would have caught it. TV remote batteries died. No problem I thought to myself. I walked down to the front desk to obtain a fresh set of batteries. I had to wait 10-15 minutes while the desk attendant helped set up reservation for a future guest. With all due respect, I have never been to Utah thus have no comparison between this hotel and others in the area. Though coming from Southern CA (little Mexico) I expected this hotel to be quite a bit better and have cleaner rooms.
“Great Hotel”
Great location to BYU campus. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Drew at the front desk was terrific... very helpful, friendly and courteous. Already have plans to stay there on our next trip.
