My wife and I booked this hotel for a long weekend break with my son and his wife who live in Boston, MA. We chose it because the general descriptions read well, and the price suited our budget. Having booked the hotel I became apprehensive after reading some of the reviews which were less than complimentary, but these fears were completely blown away as we settled in for our stay. Everything about this accommodation was excellent, the good sized rooms, comfortable furnishings, ample high spec. appliances, comfortable bedding and good bathroom laundry, Wi-Fi, the breakfast (which some people have reviewed as bad) was well worth getting out of bed for...we had ours outside on the patio area as the weather was good, and the fire-pit in the evenings while enjoying a few drinks was great 'craic'.
Mystified by the negative reviews!, unless it's by people who have not actually stayed there...I don't know if that is possible.

Clean and spacious room, with a spa feeling. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Plenty of selections for breakfast ranging from Greek yogurt to Danish pastry. All staff members, but one (female receptionist), were incredibly friendly and lively. Plenty of parking.
Great location close to the busy part of town but removed enough not to be disturbed. A very short walk from the Boston ferry pier.
Clean, spacious and comfortable room.
Basic but sufficient breakfast.
Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend & strongly consider staying here again

The Revere Guest House was fantastic. It is walking distance from the ferry, and upon arriving Gary made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, with touches of amenities that go beyond that of a typical hotel. Breakfast was also fantastic, and meeting the other guests was a delight.
I definitely recommend the guest house for a lovely weekend getaway. I wish I could come back soon!

We traveled to this historic Hotel ans Spa to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. The restaurant serves a fantastic dinner with a scrumptious lobster dish. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and possessed a disarming sense of humor. The Spa facilities are first rate and the masseuse had a sense of touch that ranged from strong and soothing. The daily wine and cheese tasting was a great way to start each night. We would definitely stay at Crowne Pointe Inn again.
