“What a Wonderful Experience”

For our first trip to the Turks & Caicos, we could not have been more pleased with our stay at the West Bay Club. Our beautifully appointed condo overlooked the ocean and comfortably enabled us to experience the sounds, sites and feel of the beach at all times of day, while allowing us to relax away from the crowds on the quit end of Grace Bay. West Bay is close to the local IGA Supermarket, which enabled us to easily stock our fridge, while many wonderful restaurants were within a short walk or taxi ride away. The staff was very helpful in making our stay one to remember. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return in the future.

“Fabulous!!!”

West Bay is wonderful!! The staff were outstanding!! The room and food were fabulous. It was our first visit to Turks we will be back same time same place next year. My only concern was the surrounding neighborhoods. They were not what we had expected in such a beautiful resort area. But the staff , from housekeepers to barstaff to concierge service were some of the best we have had and more than made up for the neighborhood. They supplied us with a local man who was our driver during the 10 days there and it worked out perfectly. We love the entire experience.

“A private manor”

We just returned from our stay at the West Bay Club. It was perfect for a rejuvenating vacation. The hotel was not crowded, and we often felt like we were in our own private paradise. The room we chose was comfortable, immaculately clean, and quiet. Food was excellent -- freshly prepared before our eyes, preparation exacly as we like it. We particularly loved the fish dishes. The beach at this hotel is very nice - more room to spread out than at many of the beach-front hotels. The staff were very helpful with setting up our chairs, getting towels, etc. Food and drink service at the beach and pool were prompt but unobtrusive. Overall, it was a great stay, and a great hotel for my wfe and me, who were seeking peace and relaxation.

“Great trip with a great friend.”

The stay was great except the day the electricity was out for an entire day. The communication level was poor. Other the that issue it was a great week.

“Great Time”

My Wife and I had a great time this past week at the West Bay Club Hotel. Very nice service and the employees there were all very kind and helpful. The hotel wasn't crowded which was great. The room (studio) was a great size without a view which we didn't need because we spent a lot of time at the beach and pool. Overall a great experience that I would definatley do again.

“EXQUISITE BEAUTY”

They make you feel right at home as soon as you check in. We were greeted at the front desk with rum drinks as they led us to our studio. The studio was the smallest room and still grand! I loved everything about the hotel. the food was delicious at the Atlantic Grill. The continental breakfast was sufficient enough with bagels, wheat toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and your choice of one hot entree. A host of activities were planned but we were glued to the resort. A must for those going to Turks and Caicos!!!!!

“West Bay Club Was Outstanding.”

I went to Turks and Caicos for the 1st time with my wife and 4yr old and we had a absolute blast. We have traveled extensively throughout the caribbean and may have found our new favorite island. The people were beyond friendly and people were not standing around for tips(D.R) which was refreshing. The hotel was very nice and clean and we had a 1 bedroom oceanfront suite. We had every amenity of home with all the dishes forks spoons pizza tray pots and pans, washer n dryer cooler for the beach etc. We went to the supermarket which is expensive but saves you money in the long run because you can get all the snacks and breakfast or lunch items you need and prepare them when you want as theres only 1 restaurant on the property and it's expensive. The beach is nice and calm and jr played all day safely in the calm waves. The hotel also provides water sports and gear and we snorkeled at the reef about a quarter mile away where i saw a sea turtle which was very cool as well. This is the place to stay if you are looking for a quiet beach and hotel to enjoy with the family. The pool is small but nice because its not very crowded there as most people are at the beach. Also the 4 and a half star rating s deserved as we only stay in 4 stars or better this hotel is truly deserving of the rating. We are considering going back at the end of the month as oppose to our mid summer trip to Cancun/Riviera Maya.

“Relaxing experience on a beautiful beach”

Two bedroom condo was large, attractive and clean. Resort was never crowded at beach or pool. Very quiet. Beach is perfect. Weather was perfect. Health club is small but usually empty. Breakfast buffet was just continental breakfast but you can order additional things off the menu for a fee. Overall, very lovely experience. You would not stay here if you want night life. But, if you want a relaxing beach experience, it is great.

“The only place to stay in Provo!”

Stayed in a studio room - very clean and modern decor. Had just enough space for my husband and I. Beach was gorgeous - white sand and the most turquoise water I have ever seen. Our stay fell during hurricane Irene but we were well taken care of by Dane (the hotel manager) and his wonderful staff. We would not have stayed anywhere else during such an ordeal. Customer service was top notch and any issues we had were resolved in a timely fashion. Hotel is not centrally located but enough eating options within walking distance (somewhere cafe - had amazing fish tacos, Atlantic grill which is on the hotel, bagatelle) or you could order delivery from pizza pizza - they're pizza and baked ziti was so good. We also rented a car for a few days and picked up some items at Iga grocery store to make sandwiches and salad in our room since it did come with a kitchenette. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast so we only had to worry about lunch and dinner. Snokelling is also a short walk away ( less than 10 min) across from the coral gardens hotel. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will return.
