The worst customer service I've experienced.

I can not believe that Sheraton customer service can be this down graded. I've forgot some item in the room when I checked out. So I called the hotel 4 hours after I checked out apparently there was no answer. I also tried to contact the general manager, he seems to be out as well. So I left a message in his voicemail, this is almost two weeks later I never once heard back from anyone. I tried to contact the hotel couple of times during the week, still no answer. Just today, somebody answered my phone and put me on hold for 15 mins before it goes to housekeeping voicemail. I just can't believe how reputed hotel can be this unresponsive.

Easy access. Close to everything important to us.

Pros: Staff. Hardworking, willing to go the extra.
Cons: a few repairs to the facility, nothing major, did not detract from stay
Location: close to everything. Immediate area fairly heavy traffic, neighboring businesses older or closed.
Though in need of some love and care, it was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping staff are among the best I've ever encountered. Everything worked as it should. Would stay here again and recommend to others..

very upset why they not offer any breakfst, or coffe in the loby the have with not milk i guess is to mucch money every day, in other hotel is better, they offer any servoces you need i guess never come back to you hotels

Pros: Location
Cons: Shampoo the carpeting and encourage staff at the front desk to smile.
Staff at desk was not friendly. The room had a bad smell. I believe it was the carpeting. The towels and the linens were good. The swimming pool was cloudy.

Pros: close to airport
Cons: decrease noise from mads and properly make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned
Location: Did not visit Providence drove to Newport
The hotel was noisy in the morning with guests and maids who were always talking loud. The bed had empty m&M package under the bed. I reserved a King bed and was given 2 double beds. Awakened with neck pain due to uncomortable

Room service was OK depending on what you order, stay away the salads. Room was good for the price and staff was very friendly. I had my dog with me and she was treated very well by the staff. Room needs updating and some repairs. I expect better from a Sheraton Hotel than what was presented. You should get the higher rate because of your standards not just because the hotel is near an airport.

Pros: Size of the room and comfort of the bed
Cons: Water pressure in the shower
Location: Very convenient for an early morning flight
Very comfortable room and super comfy bed!! Quiet and restful. The only problem we had was the water pressure in the shower.

Older hotel, needs some TLC. Friendly staff

It's an older hotel with club rooms, especially the bathrooms (rust stains, dirty caulk, etc.), in need of renovation. All staff were friendly and polite. We stayed on the club floor (top 5th floor); the rooms looked like standard rooms - nothing special. The club is open 24/7 and gives you access to a mini fridge with water and sodas, and a coffee maker, which is nice. Breakfast is the usual minimalist spread of bagels and scrambled eggs. We didn't try the other offerings. We stayed for two nights for an event in Providence. If we're back, we would prob. stay somewhere else downtown.
