Close to airport

Pros: Closeness to the airport
Cons: No refrigerator, no microwave, and questionable shuttle service
This hotel was convenient to the airport and freeway. The hospitality room was well stocked and provided good eats.

Nice hotel close to everything

My family and I enjoyed staying in this hotel a lot. The only problem was how much you could hear people next to you at night.

Not what I expected

Staying at the Sheraton was less than I had expected. My husband stated that it was a $60 hotel and should not have been priced at the same price as higher quality hotels. It was my first trip to RI for a big family event that was held in the conference room. We were given a room on the 1st floor, which was obviously the oldest part of the building. The amenities were slim to none with no microwave or small refrigerator and the indoor heated pool wasn't heated and no whirlpool. If you don't plan on spending much time in the hotel, only to sleep and shower, it should be okay but shop around for a better price. We paid and average $120 per night and didn't see the value.

We regret that your stay was not as expected. We always do our best to insure folks here celebrating a family event enjoy themselves. Although all of our rooms do not have microwaves and refridgerators we do offer them by request. I will check on the pool. It is heated and kept at a constant temperature and although I am not aware of any service issues we take your feedback seriously and will investigate the concern. Please accept our apologies if your experience with us created issues during an otherwise happy occasion.

Rocky Point Clam Shack, club room, indoor pool

The Hotel is right near Rocky Point Clam Shack, which is a small deli that used to sell stuff to an amusement park that has since been closed. There is a long queue of people queueing up to order lobster rolland other sea food. We order a cheese burger, mahi mahi warp (fantastic!), a lobster roll and a chicken finger with an extra piece of fish. It came to $38.xx, but it was amazingly great. The indoor pool of the hotel is quite nice, and so is the ability to have hors dors from 5:30pm and breakfast from 6:30am at the club room. The room is nice and clean too.

Thank you for the 5 Star review. Rocky Point Clam Shack has been a nice addition to the local area. We also have great family fare available in our Blue Fire Grill. Being close to all the area attractions and offering the convenience of a full service hotel make us great place to stay. We appreciate your business.

Near airport/not worth it.

5 of us Arrived at midnight and waited one hour and 20 minutes for a room away bed to arrive. Was left in hall for us to bring into a small room. When front desk was informed of issue only one of the 2 gentleman was willing to help us. Worst part the roll away had dirty sheets and blankets on it. Stain of soda or something on both unfolded sheets and comforter. Complimentary breakfast was lame at best. Will never stay there again.

Pros: Easy access to main roads. Helpful staff.
Cons: Entry doors far distance from room
Location: Across street from TG Green Airport, Warwick. Easy access to Newport which was my destination. Unfortunately did not have time to explore other area
Easy access to main roads. Staff helpful. Only downfall was the distance from entry door to hotel room: long walk!!! Did not try restaurant. Room clean. Everything I would need was available. Good experience.

It was fine. We were basically there just to sleep, but it was disappointing when we showed up to find that "all the king-sized bed rooms were sold out" when this is what I had reserved online. I had also called the hotel around 5:00 to say that we might be checking in after 11:00 p.m., but that we were definitely coming. The person I spoke to said we were "all set" and mentioned nothing about the fact we had been switched to a "one double bed" room. My husband and I have a king-sized bed at home, and he doesn't sleep well, so the double bed definitely impacted the quality of our sleep. The fact that the air conditioner wasn't working well didn't help either.
