Would Not Go Back

Check in was fine but our room was awful. We had requested non-smoking and while it was designated as so, it reeked of cigarettes. The bed's dust ruffle was dirty with dried on food particles and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The refrigerator was also broken. We called the front desk to inquire about another room but they noted they were entirely booked and it was the only room available.

Always a great stay!

Pros: How comfortable you feel as soon as you enter.
Cons: Short of leaving a mint on the pillow there is really nothing inside the hotel that I would change. Although parking can be tough at night.
Location: theres a lot in the area. You have downtown Providence with lots of places to eat and small shops to investigate.
As always our stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. As always breakfast was very good. Enjoy leaving a note along with a tip for turn down service and seeing what the reply from housekeeping will be. Everyone is so nice. No complaints.

nice place to stay

Pros: The Room was clean and comfortable
Cons: The area in front of the hotel was very dark and some trucks and buses had parked there we didnt feel safe while were walking for dinner
Location: It is close to airport and near the highway. There are not many attractions in the neighbourhood. But it was quite.
Staff were kind and helpful. The room we stayed was big enough and clean. we loved the king size bed and the pillows. It is an airport hotel but being close to the highway helped us a lot. Also the breakfast was much better than we expected.

Cons: Parking - parking needs a big improvement
It put a roof over our head and a place to rest. Stayed here 2 nights for family weekend. Had an undersized room with 2 full size beds - Not Queen-size. Sink was located outside of the bathroom.?? Toilet bowl ran continuously after each use and had to be manually adjusted. Left hotel for 5 hours and cleaning staff didn't get to our room. Parking is absolutely horrendous. We came back around 10pm no spots available and other cars made their own spots. We were forced to use a lot off premises in front of the hotel - both nights! Continental breakfast was the usual stale danish and muffins, coffee was good though. Air conditioner leaked and was so noisy we heard them from adjoining rooms. Lacking outlets; complimentary coffee pot and desk lamp did not have outlets, no place to charge phones or plug in computer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that breakfast was earlier so that we could eat before early flight.

nice hotel and convenient

Pros: Again short stay so didn't have much time to partake of the amenities but my overall impression was good and I would stay there again.
Cons: Perhaps you could offer more TV channels and update TV guide.
Location: I didn't have time to discover much about location and what the area has to offer.
It was an overnight stay and I was very pleased with the staff and room condition.

Hotel with park and stay.

Thought I was booking a night stay with airport parking for the week only to find out it wasn't. Had to pay extra for the week's parking.

Nice hotel

The hotel is so close to the airport, free shuttle service is excellent , it is very important specially if you are arriving early or departing early, many bus stops are nearby the hotel, the only thing that it is a little bit far from the city 40 mins by bus and far from block island ferry 1hr 30 mins.

Clean, quiet, well appointed room. Friendly staff. Offered to arrange shuttle if I wanted to turn in my rental car early
