Convenient to airport. 24-hour shuttle.

Cons: update mattress, bathroom fixtures
I liked the price and the convenience to the T.F. Green Airport and the 24-hour shuttle, since my flight didn't get in until midnight. The hotel staff was friendly - even at that late hour. The room itself was ok, nothing special. Some lightbulbs were burned out or missing, the drapes did not shut all the way and let in light from traffic and airport, the bathroom and vanity fixtures looked like they needed to be replaced, the mattress also needed to be replaced as it was starting to sag. I'm not entirely sure if I'd stay there again or try another hotel.

Thank you for the review after your recent stay. Being the closest hotel to T.F. Green Airport does make it convenient when flying out. We also have a breakfast that starts every morning at 4:30am so anyone with an early flight can get the day started right. We hope you will stay with us the next time you traveling to Rhode Island.

Pros: Reasonable rates able to walk to restaurant. Comfortable bed
Cons: Not for us
Location: Near airport restaurant near by. Also general store.
Enjoyed stay all staff helpful. C loosest to airport for 7 am flight

The hallway and our room smelled like dirty sneakers and the caulking in the tub was old and fringy-looking. The one positive was the multiple pillows that were of various comforts, from soft to firm.

All staff were friendly, but special shout out to Kathy and the breakfast crew who took great care of us every morning. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful breakfast that was offered. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt & fruit!!

Friendly staff .. Clean room ... But..

Hotel served it purpose ... Stayed one night ... Check -in / Check- out Was quick ... Staff was accommodating and friendly .. A decent breakfast ...Room was clean / bed was comfortable .... Con: air condition not working properly.. The room was a bit stuffy... It was cool night so the need of cold room was not necessary so we didn't make a big deal about it..

Only a short night at the airport

Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: It needs a rehab and a good cleaning.
Location: Just landed slept and left for Boston.
Bite the bullet and go to the Hilton Garden Inn if you are staying more than a very short night. The front desk staff was a challenge to work with. The hotel is a bit run down. The breakfast staff was nice as was the shuttle driver. Just didn't feel like it was clean.

Requested 2 beds for 3 adults, but they only had I bed king room. They were sold out. We asked for a cot, but they were out of cots. Only had a small air mattress for the floor. After complying they found a cot but charged $10 for it. Our 1st room smelled of mold. AC was leaking and carpet soaked. Moved second room smelled of smoke. Staff nice, breakfast good.
