The room was clean and tidy. Good reception. Although I never stayed for the breakfast, it was altogether a good experience.

Over comfortable stay

Pros: bedding and pillows
Cons: yes please add small fridge/refregerator
Stay was comfortable..good bedding, plenty pillows clean, No refrigerator /microwave. I was given a regrigerator, which gave up working and spoilt my food..so that was the only dissapointing thing.

Good, comfortable stay

Pros: Clean room and sheets, good housekeeping
Cons: Refrigerator/Microwave
Disappointed that there was no regrigerator or Microwave. Everything else was fine and the stay was pleasant.

Room was fine, but walls were paper thin

Pros: It's a reasonably nice budget hotel. It's clean, and the staff seem friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet is decent. Good water pressure.
Cons: Noise proof the walls. Also, parking situation is ridiculous. I have no idea who is using that lot, but there was not a single free (legal) space.
Location: Once a year, there is a 6-hour footrace in a nearby park, which is why I was in Warwick. Other than that, all I know is that it's near Providence.
I arrived late in the evening on Sat., and there were NO open parking spaces in the lot. I parked somewhere I technically shouldn't have, and was a little nervous about it, but the guy at the front desk assured me it was ok as long as I wasn't blocking anyone. Apparently there is an overflow lot somewhere as well. So be forewarned that parking might be a slight annoyance. I had to be up early, and had a tough time falling asleep at 1:30am due to noise. There was some sort of loud HVAC rooftop unit right outside my window, and even worse there were several loud people yapping away in the adjacent room. Their conversation was crystal-clear. I have never been in a hotel room with such inadequate soundproofing. Other than that, the room was fine. Comfortable bed, good shower, size and number of towels was fine, etc.

There must have been a large group staying at the hotel, the lobby looked like a frat party had just finished when we checked in after 9pm. The room was fine - the mattress was very comfortable, new and firm. The bath only had one large towel that we did not notice until after the second person showered. Breakfast staff was friendly as was the front desk person. The room itself was clean.

Pros: Clean, Breakfast Bar & staff excellent. Staff customer friendly.
Cons: Everything was great
Location: Close to Airport; easy access to interstate.
Had to extend my stay for an extra day, no problem making the change. Staff was very accommodating.

Would Not Go Back

Check in was fine but our room was awful. We had requested non-smoking and while it was designated as so, it reeked of cigarettes. The bed's dust ruffle was dirty with dried on food particles and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The refrigerator was also broken. We called the front desk to inquire about another room but they noted they were entirely booked and it was the only room available.

Always a great stay!

Pros: How comfortable you feel as soon as you enter.
Cons: Short of leaving a mint on the pillow there is really nothing inside the hotel that I would change. Although parking can be tough at night.
Location: theres a lot in the area. You have downtown Providence with lots of places to eat and small shops to investigate.
As always our stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. As always breakfast was very good. Enjoy leaving a note along with a tip for turn down service and seeing what the reply from housekeeping will be. Everyone is so nice. No complaints.
