Great location just outside of Providence. We were visiting our son 22 minutes from RWU. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Less expensive than staying in Providence without the $25 parking fee

This location was within 10 minutes of Providence which is where we were going to be. There was heavy traffic going into town when we were their due to construction.

Decor and furniture needs a refresh. Skimpy breakfast. Everything seemed cheap - from the single ply toilet paper to the paper plates and flimsy plastic cutlery. Not horrible but not particularly nice either.

Nice place
This is a nice hotel. Comfortable and staff was great. Breakfast was actually very good as well. The only issue I had was the rug in the room. Although the rug looked clean, after walking on it without socks or shoes, my feet were black by the next morning. I would have given this hotel a perfect score if it was not for the unseen condition of the rug in the room.

very clean, very nice and helpful staff. only complaint was thin ceiling...we were on the 2nd floor and could hear people walking around on the 3rd floor at 3:00 am both nights.
