This is a fabulous monolithic building with plush interior and very professional staff. If you arrive by train it is easy to find, but if you arrive by car it is not. I'm really good with maps, but it took us a lot of driving around to find this place. At one point I resorted to sat-nav (which I hate), and even that got confused.

Authentic hotel doing it's best to add the "frills" of a 4* to original design. Excellent and helpful staff were always attentive. Full access to domain and bar facilities in neighbouring 5* sister hotel. Would definitely go back.
This hotel is very good value for the price you pay. 3-4 minutes walk from railway station and the airport bus stop. City center is within easy reach by walking. Hotel staff is very friendly (especially Sonia who understands everything you say in English and does her best to answer in English but does everything to help you). Breakfast is fine. I was given a room on the sixth floor. the room was decorated well, impeccably clean and huge. There were only 10 TV channels operating, but I was told the Tv system was being repaired. Free and fast vi-fi available. Plenty of restaurants and cafes, nearby.Next time I am in Genoa I shall definitely stay in this hotel.
The lovely rooms are within the incredible Miramare Hotel building overlooking old Genova and train station. Hosts are considerate and attentive. Lodging requires 20 minute walk uphill from station with lift in building. Genova was a wonderful learning experience even after several earlier trips in Italy.
very convenient location - just over road from maion station, and on street with must-visist museums, and 10 minute walk from Old Port. small frie3ndlt family-run hotel where every member of staff we met went out of their way to be helpful . They provided us with English language brochures and maps as soon as we arrived and marked out routes for us on the map. Recommended (very good) local restaurants and were without fail always helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good. Everywhere was very clean an d the bedrooms airconditioned. This is an ideal hotel for a short break - we had just been on a cruise and decided to stay on for 3 nights in Genua (where we landed) - well worth it.
