I had a really good stay. The room was freshly renovated and modern with lots of power plug outlets and very nice shower despite the glass wall from the washroom and shower to the bedroom, which is a bit strange, but fine if you were staying in a room on your own. The pool was closed when I was there but otherwise everything else was great.
This is an older well maintained Hotel in a great location down town with all the basics needed. No Gym, but Gold's Gym is a block away. The Breakfast is basic but fine. My room was clean, the bathroom was updated. For the price it is a good choice.

Went up to Prince George to pick up a car and just needed a place to camp out for a night. Wasn't looking for anything fancy, just a cheap and clean place and this hotel fit the bill. With the Denny's attached to it, it made it very easy to pop down for dinner as well as breakfast in the morning.
Front counter staff was nice.
If you are looking for a high class high dollar hotel, this one might not be for you. But if you are just looking for a safe, clean and inexpensive place to call it a night, I would suggest this place.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I traveled to Prince George for business recently. I have a duty to control business travel costs, and I take that duty to my employer very seriously, so I booked the least expensive hotel room I could find on Expedia.ca, which was at this hotel.
I had last been to Prince George in 1996 when I was a university student working as a tree planter one summer, and way back then there were some really rough motels in Prince George. After booking, I was worried I might have selected something like that.
However, when I showed up, the hotel was well maintained, immaculately clean, the staff at the front desk were lovely to deal with, the room was clean, and other guests seemed like other business travellers or nice families.
Also, despite appearing to be far from downtown on a map, it only takes 5 minutes to drive to downtown from the hotel, and there is an Earl's and a Starbucks right by it (there are not a huge number of good restaurants and coffee shops in Prince George so that was nice). It was also really easy to find coming from the airport....just get on Hwy 97, head north, and when you hit 15th Ave. you see the hotel clearly on your right hand side.
Next time I go to Prince George I will stay there again. Definitely good value just like the name says.

Much nicer hotel than the pictures suggest. Basic hotel, but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. We had problems working the tv (not the tv's fault, we are not good at those things) & a pleasant young man immediately came up to the room & showed us how to work it. Nice place for an overnight or shopping trip to the city. Would definitely stay there again or recommend it to friends.
