Staff were very helpful and friendly. Reasonable price but definitely needs updating. Door lock was very difficult to open. Toilet was off balance and very small washroom.

It smelt in the hallways and in our room like old mildew 😭 also the asked for a pre-authorization of 200$ on top of paying through Expedia which is the second time I’ve had to do that after already paying for the room. They don’t accept debit or cash for the pre-authorization also. The front desk lady said it is on the Expedia website but it is not.

Valerie had great knowledge of the property and restaurants in the area that were open late I. The evening. After a long day of driving, she made sure we were comfortable. We appreciate the hospitality and thank her the great customer service she provided! I highly recommend this location.

I couldn't check in, their card machines wouldn't accept neither one of my mastercards. So we went to another Hotel and checked in with NO issues, my cards work fine. Sandman needs to check their card machines. We've never experienced any issues with this hotel until today

We had a good stay.. When we booked the ad said the pool was open . Unfortunately the pool was closed, we were offered to swim at the other sandman in town by the staff to make up for the situation. The checkin was easy and friendly. Great parking, central location.
